I’ve never been more disappointed and disgusted with a child cares customer service. My child hasn’t even seen the same dr twice. Unorganized and poorly managed. Take it from a single father with full custody take your child care needs elsewhere and save yourself a headache
I received a call the day before my granddaughter's appointment, that had been scheduled for 3 weeks, they called to reschedule her physical she needed for school, because they found out LAST WEEK that they will be having their Christmas party the afternoon of my grandchild's appointment.Had they called LAST WEEK when they scheduled their Christmas party, we would have been able to make arrangements to bring her in WHEN IT WAS MORE CONVENIENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES ANS THEIR CHRISTMAS PARTY.If you want to take your child to a doctor that puts a party before the well-being of your child, then this is the doctor for you.
Dr Jordan and his entire staff from the phone to the care in back are too notch! Always caring for their patients and this community. ❤️
Took my daughter there this morning got there about 815 waited over an two hour's and a half and still never got to see a doctor so we left. I will be finding another doctor for her this isn’t the first time!!!
My daughter is terrible when we go to the doctor, like even getting her weight sometimes she screams her head off. The staff and Mrs.Angel are always so good and patient with her. So thankful they are cause as a nurse myself I know it can be frustrating. They never try to do any unnecessary testing but always help get her feeling better.
Let me preface this by saying that it isnt the doctors that I wouldnt recommend. The doctors are great and my children will continue to see them for their checkups. On Thursday, my 11 month old baby woke up sick as can be. All doctors offices were closed for Thanksgiving so we gave her OTC medicines to combat it until we could get her seen on Friday. I called the office and was told that only the Urgent care side would be open (not a problem) I was told to be there at 1:30pm at the latest because the office was closing at 2pm (not a problem). I live over half an hour away from the clinic and had to rush to get my children and myself ready and out the door to get there on time. I got there a few minutes before 1:30 only to find the door locked! I called and the phone ringed for roughly 5minutes with no answer! I called again and peeked at the front desk and, to my surprise, there was the receptionist, sitting at the desk. She saw me and my 3 children standing out in the cold and got up and walked away. I waited because I figured that she was coming to the door to speak to me. NOPE! She walked away so that she wouldnt have to help us! If you want to go home on time and not work any holidays (which Black Friday is NOT), then I suggest working in a different profession! I would not have cared as much if it had happened to just me, an adult, but my daughter is a helpless infant and things can turn incredibly bad very quickly when they are that small! Turns out she has a major ear infection and a cold on top of it
Awesome treatment every time
Took my 5 month old in for a cough/ runny nose and irritablity and all they did was check his ears told me he had an ear infection and sent us on our way with some antibiotics. Mommy instinct wasn’t satisfied with the diagnosis as his cough is terrible. Took him to fast pace in Carthage and turns out my poor baby has RSV!!! Had i not trusted my gut who knows what could of happened.
I wouldn't have my children seen by anyone else but Dr. Jordan and his staff- and the fact that he has a walk-in clinic that is open on weekends and holidays is the icing on the cake! Thanks for always being there for us!
So thankful for this office. Super helpful and great with my son at all times. Understanding and sympathetic, knowledgeable and prepared. Never a let down.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
