Beware: Dr Cole and his staff will ignore you if you leave messages and calls thru the ARC's nurses line.The only way to communicate with Dr Cole is in office face to face.I have a concussion following a car accident. Dr Cole didn't like that I needed to close my eyes while we spoke due to the bright lights in the exam room during my visit.He told me to "look him in the eyes while we spoke" as if I was a child.It was humiliating and literally painful.I have never had a medical professional treat me with such callousness.

After waiting for quite a long time (understandably), Mr. Cole entered abruptly and asked me what was wrong. No introductions or hellos, just straight to the problem. I waived it off and tried to move forward. In just a few minutes, I was on the defense. I didn't feel comfortable talking about my issues and I certainly didn't feel as if he cared. A couple of appointments later, I'm looking for a new PCP. I get the last couple of years have been ****, but come on.

Saw Dr. Cole and if I could make sure I don't have to see him again, I would. He wasn't very personable in my opinion. I felt put off and like he treated me like I was lying about being sick. His nurse that morning (not sure if it's his normal nurse) was a bit loud and not personable at all as well. It was like I was ruining their day by being there and felt like I was being interrogated by the police about how long I have been sick and when it started. I couldn't even think straight anymore and almost skipped the labs he requested because I didn't want to be there anymore.

I highly recommend Dr. Cole, has great bedside manner and he has taken care of me for years, never have I felt judged or any bad things, he is a great doctor that will take care of you. Ashley his nurse is grest as well!!!! arc as a whole is amazing!!!!

He is AWESOME!! I've been going to him for a few years and he is just a great doctor. He and his all of his staff are kind and caring and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone!!

I went in for help on the third day of my illness but he seemed to be in a rush an unwilling to listen to my symptoms. He would cut me short while I was talking. Very disappointed with bedside manner

Unfortunately I did not have a desirable appointment with Dr Cole. Dr Cole was judgmental about my getting a physical, which I though was odd. During his line of questioning he was brash and seemed sure I was using illegal drugs which I don't and never have. I was thinking maybe it was just an off day for him, for this was the first time I have seen him. Dr Cole continued to say that these tests were not needed and I did not need to get a physical.
