The front desk hassle me everytime I call they don't want to give an appointment with u they you don't have any we don't see no one except dr bill he no how to treat us because of our handicap I think it uncall for that front people to refuse us from seeing him and do appointment with see him and not someone'else

Dr. Robertson asked for and listened to my concerns. The first time I had visited, the office requested my prior medical records and he had actually read the information and asked specific questions regarding my health. He and his staff are always kind and considerate as well as professional. He doesn't just treat symptoms, but looks for what is causing the symptoms and the best course of treatment. I have great trust in Dr. Bill.

I do not agree at all with some of the things he has told me to do with my daughter. His knowladge on giving babies rice cereal, and breastfeeding are old school. I feel he is not up to date on what the AAP recommends today!

Dr. Bill is wiser than his age would indicate and his approach to the patient should be a model that other doctors follow. I have been an observer of his practice as a legal guardian for one of his patients and I can tell you that he delivers a remarkable level of care. His breadth of knowledge has astounded me as he has demonstrated an uncanny ability to diagnose and yet knows where to draw the line for himself and to refer to specialized doctors. He is as good as it gets and you could hunt far and wide to find another one that performs at his level.
