Jagdish Nachnani's Online Review Report Card

We’ve just mer Dr. Notchnani for the first time this past week while a patient in ICU. Very kind and caring man. We loved his jovial personality. The only negative would be that he talks really fast and is a little hard to keep up with. I liked how he took our questions and was very thorough.

Doctor Nachnani has such a wonderful bedside manner .he called to checked on me that night after my sugary. His nurses would call about me to see how I was doing. Great Doctor

My first appointment was via Teledoc. He seemed caring and interested. I scheduled my colonoscopy for 3 weeks out. Within that 3 weeks I had 5 nurses call me trying to schedule something that was already scheduled. When I send a message via Vanderbilt app several different nurses reply with different answers. I told him I took 12 Imodium a day. After my colonoscopy came back “clean” he said to try taking Imodium AFTER I TOLD HIM IVE BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS. Apparently they don’t write anything down. He is nice but their organization is terrible. Get better nurses and try to write stuff down. You can kill someone not updating charts.

Ive been seeing him for about 2 years and hes always been knowledgeable about what hes doing and has a great bedside manner like his brother Dr Anil Nachnani.

My initial experience was a phone call to obtain an appointment. Office staff were very friendly and got me scheduled as quickly as possible. April at the front desk greeted me and checked me in. The process was very easy and my wait was less than 10 minutes. The remaining staff members were kind friendly and very pleasant. Dr. Nachnani was very thorough in obtaining history and symptoms. He showed genuine concern for me. He is friendly direct which I love and an advocate for patients. He educated me regarding my disease process and talked with me instead of at me. I was scheduled for further testing prior to leaving the office. I was so impressed with Dr. Nachnani and I am excited about our journey to improve my health. As a medical professional we tend to judge a little more harshly. I have nothing negative to say regarding this physician or his staff. If you are looking for a great gastroenterologist I highly recommend him. Im so very thankful that we have him at Vanderbilt Wilson County now. If youre having GI issues go check him out at 1616 West Main St. in Lebanon. I think youll be impressed too

I trust this doctor with my life

He is just as great as his brother Anil Nachnani md. He is everything you would want in a doctor. He has a sense of humor just like his brother. It really keeps your nerves at bay. I wasnt nervous at all with either doctor.

Dr. Nachnani was excellent I was a new patient and this was my first consult. Based on my research I had high expectations. I was exceedingly pleased with the overall quality of care that I received. The professionalism exhibited by Dr Nachnani and his staff was top notch. I certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a great internist.

Genetic liver disease runs in my family and so many doctors that I’ve talk to were very nonchalant about it and didn’t take the time to listen to our story and my concerns. I am convinced that somehow through having my mom let me to the doctor because he is the only one I have found that seems to care and Genuinely wants to educate me and help me stay healthy moving forward. Caring compassionate great sense of humor Can’t say enough great things about this doctor

Dr nachnani is wonderful. However one of his nurses was pretty rude. When I was leaving she said my meds would be at the pharmacy ready for when I got there. I waited an hour after that before going and they werent sent yet. I texted my friend who works there to ask and I asked her another question and this nurse called me and told me to only call the office. Well I would if you did your job.
