Jeffrey Hazlewood's Online Review Report Card

I'm scheduled to meet Dr H Tuesday. After reading the reviews and telling my lawyer who I was seeing my lawyer immediately cancelled the appointment. Said that this Dr is terrible after prior experience. Sorry Dr H I was being neglected by Dr Adams in Columbia. Your Google reviews sound like you two are cut from the same cloth. No thanks

Most worthless Dr I've seen. Refuses to give any pain medication, said I was not worth the risk. I failed 1 drug test for pot at previous pain clinic 8 years ago.

I Dr Hazlewood for a workers comp case where I dislocated my hip. The staff was very rude. After he examined me he stated that it was impossible and bizarre for me to dislocate my hip. Even though he was holding the X-ray report stating it had been dislocated. He stated it was a Non-Work related injury and gave no diagnosis at all. I received the call this morning telling me that my workers comp claim has been denied because of Dr Hazlewood's report.

My husband was made to go to this person for an auto accident lawsuit. He did nothing but hurt our case. He lied as to what he stated was said. He spat questions so fast he barely had time to answer. And he had the audacity to charge us over $1700. He has a really good scam going. If your attorney wants to send you to him, DO NOT GO!!!!! Find someone else.

Dr. Hazelwood is a FANTASTIC doctor that genuinely cares for his patients and offers as many options as possible to help get rid or ease your pain! At first from reading the reviews, I was also concerned with what to expect...However because of him treating me, I feel that I am getting the medical care I need to get myself better from before my Worker's Comp injury! His team is very pleasant, polite, professional and does not treat you as a number...He actually spends quality time with you, actively listens to your concerns and truly respectful! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Hazelwood to assist with your pain management needs and understand that medication is NOT the only option to improve your overall health! Honestly, he does NOT reflect the review score calculated on Google and hope that people give him a more deserved positive feedback from their experiences in the future! 👍

I’m being completely honest! I was so torn on seeing Dr. Hazelwood, I was in so much pain and waited for weeks and tried my hardest to see a different physician after reading through the reviews on this post. I decided to see him because the pain just would not subside, my left knee was injured at work, and I was hurting so bad his nurses and staff was very considerate, extremely nice and Hazelwood was fantastic he did not hurt me, he was very gentle yet thorough with his exam he also immediately did all that was was needed ordering imaging, mri and even given a referral. This Dr is a wonderful person in my opinion he does his job while caring for his patients. Thank you Dr Hazelwood and staff you are appreciated for your caregiving hearts! Bless you all!

Dr. Hazelwood and his staff set the bar for patient comfortability and health wellness with my experience with them. Offices are spotless, the staff is friendly and always willing to help and assist. I had to see Dr. Hazelwood due to a back injury, but I did not want to take the route of being prescribed any pain relievers, instead he was able to point me in the direction of physical therapy and now I’m able to walk, run, work out, sleep, etc. without any measurement of pain. I highly recommend anyone with any type of body pain to see Dr. Hazelwood. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Thank you for helping get my life back! Dr Hazelwood has helped me with using many things but the H wave that reduces pain that allows me to have simple routine with my few PT exercises to strengthen my shoulder. I can be more independent and especially watch and play with my granddaughters. I can supervise when I’m the pool which I did feel safe to do. I can play and just feel good to do most anything with them. I can also play with my grand dogs, and soon play a round of golf this summer, maybe kayak too! I love life again.

I have been using the H wave with Dr Hazelwood’s advice. Yes you have to do fit it in your day, well I do it when I watch my favorite program and when I have coffee in the mornings. My shoulder is so much better that I am able to do my strength exercises the PT wanted me to do can couldn’t. The pain meds did allow me to watch or play with my grand daughters. Or play with my Grand Dogs. I couldn’t just run to the store when needed and frankly became reliant on other family members. Now I have my life back I can have my Grandchildren over and go in the pool, and take them to the park and able to help them and not be afraid of using my shoulder. And yes soon play golf and pickle again! Thank you to Dr Jeffrey Hazelwood suggestions of many things help me become my old self especially be more independent! H wave especially helps on a weekly basis.

Dr. Hazelwood is amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. When I first hurt my back I had seen three other doctors in another state. When I moved to TN, he took over my care and he has helped me more than the other three doctors combined. He spent more time talking with me, trying different motions and movements to see if he could pinpoint the cause of my pain. He accurately diagnosed the problem and treated it initially with a rhizotomy. The first one was very effective. The second was less effective. Since I am drug sensitive, I am keen to avoid pain pills. He suggested an e-stem device which has been a game changer. The longer I use it the better it works. I have better mobility, less pain and have actually entertained planting my garden again since 2019 when I first got injured. Thank God for Dr. Hazelwood.
