Initial visit was good and no problems with colonoscopy endoscopy. However after 10 months of trying they refuse to send a report of findings to either my primary care office or to me.

Just wanted to thank everyone including summit outpatient.Everyone was very informative and the hospital staff was all great.It makes for a great experience.I am going to be home recovering for a while.Thank everyone involved.

From the front desk to the operating room there is nothing but kindness compassion and professionalism. He and his staff are so very attentive. Dr Mathews is wonderful and one of the few providers that will sit on your bed and really talk with you

Dr. Mathews and his staff Misty and Lorretta are absolutely amazing.... Dr. Mathews is so caring and has the most respectful attitude and bedside manners I have ever experienced... he took care of my family as his own and so down to earth ... he answered all my questions and made us feel comfortable with confidence... I would definitely refer him and his staff to anyone ... disregard all the negative comments you see or hear about this physician you need to meet him and experience for yourself

I would not recommend this man for anyone or anything. He operated on my Granny last Wednesday she died on Monday. Her kidneys went to sleep after surgery he did nothing but tell us her levels showed everything was fineshe ended up having to have dialysis. Her heart Dr ordered a ct scan dr Matthews said everything showed normal but once her pcp seen the scan another surgery was ordered where they found all of her intestines had died. I feel he should have paid better attention to Granny.

I was visiting my sister in Lebanon for a few days when bad stomach pain and sickness landed me in the ER. Test result showed it was my Appendix. This is when I met Dr. Mathews. He was very knowledgeable and excellent Had my post op appointment yesterday. The office staff was very friendly. Dr. Mathews was very down to earth with the feel that I had known him for a while. I would highly recommend and go back to Dr. Jeffrey Mathews for any of my surgerical needs

I had DCIS Breast Cancer back in 2010 Dr. Mathews was my surgeon he ia an excellent surgeon He also did an abdominal surgery for me again the experience was a good one. I am going to needing another surgery and I know I will be in good hands with Dr. Mathews. I have every confidence in him. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathews.
