New patient : First impression office is super clean , Receptionist very nice and friendly , knows her job. Took me in very fast , short wait time , nurse was very nice and did vital very great . Dr . Tate walked in greeted me , looked very professional and neat . Told him my issue with my ears , Er visit told me upon CT scan have fluid in right ear. Dr Tate looked in my ear said it was most likely a long time issue , since I have had problems in my ear since a child . He asked me if I had trouble hearing told him yes , he cleaned our left ear , problem solved. I left his office feeling good , and will go back to him if anymore issues with my ears arises . He was great , highly recommend Dr Tate . Awesome and very professional .

He was impatient, abrupt, and rough with zero bedside manner. He only did a half hearted job. I would not recommend him, and l definitely would not use him again.

Dr. Tate has been my daughters doctor for 28 years. He reconstructed her eardrum. He saved her hearing. He has always treated us like family.

$150 just to look in nose with a light and mouth with a stick… my sinuses are terrible and he told me to go buy neipot won’t go back wish I had my money back..

No a very friendly place at all. Actually, the receptionist was, but Dr. Tate's nurse was quite argumentitive, and had a bad disposition. The Doctor seemed grumpy and probably well overdue for retirement. A bad experience overall. Ill never return to this place. 🙄

Although Dr. Tate may have diagnosed me correctly, I found him to be arrogant and condescending. He stated that my first mistake in seeking treatment had been to go to an urgent care center, and my second was in seeing a nurse practitioner.

Terrible!!!! He did a surgery on my friend with no NUMBING OR ANESTHESIA!!!! He was so rude to her I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!

Went because of not being able to breathe through left side of nose, after surgery. Went back for ck up and removal of stents . Dr tate seemed to focuse on right side, I ask if he done left side. His reply was " " kinda like that hallway if I take the sheet rock off one side I can see the other side. Still cannot breath thru left side , right side bleeds all the time, Went To Vanderbilt medical and they suggest surgery with skin grafting to feel a hole in my right nasal ( I'm assuming that's where he took off sheetrock to see other side ) & cutting tissue from left side to allow air flow. Actually worse off now than before..

Loved Dr. Tate. My son has had recurrent ear infections and problems breathing at night. We just got our tubes and we have already seen a big difference. Him and his staff are great. The hospital staff that attends him were also wonderful.
