Dr. Countess did not answer my questions about the procedure I was having. While not being outright rude she was abrupt treated me with scorn for asking simple questions. For future procedures I will seek another surgeon

I think that it would be really difficult to find a place where the parking is more convenient the staff is friendlier or more helpful and the doctors are more qualified.

I love Dr. Countess. I get a cancer screening every year. The staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. Countess spends a lot of time during the exam and ensures all my questions are answered and my concerns are checked. I have great confidence in Dr. Countess

There is no better dermatologist in Tennessee. Dr. Countess and her staff are kind caring and generous with you time. They are all beautiful ladies and want to make sure that everybody that leaves there looking better than when they arrived. She is always concerned about the health of your skin as well as how you feel about the way that you look. She has found and treated many cancers on my body and knows the importance of eliminating all percancers before they become worse. She enters the room with a smile on her face and you leave with one on your too. She and her staff are the best of the best. I love going there even if I know she is going to zap me a few times for my own good.
