Dr. Julie and her nurse Bethany are my heroes! ❤️ They have been treating me for a rare type of squamous cell carcinomas on my right leg over the last 6 to 7 years. Dr. Julie took the time to research and diagnosed the particular type of squamous cell carcinomas on my leg that continued to come back even after receiving a clear margins reading from the lab work. Once she identified that it was the rare type of skin cancer called eruptive squamous cell carcinomas, she performed every possible treatment to cure it. One of those treatments were denied coverage by my insurance so she used the sample of the new stem cell skin grafts that she received from the pharmaceutical company on my leg. This procedure failed to work but she continued to pursue every possible treatment until finally a combination of treatments reaped success. Dr. Julie is all business, which initially I mistakenly assumed to be non caring and even snobbish.... But she does care a great deal about her patients and she goes over above and beyond to care for them. She is extremely busy with many patients and therefore highly focused on what needs to be done. Her nurse Bethany is the sweetest, kindest and very personable with patients. The whole time she is performing the painful procedure of lidocaine injections, she is apologizing for the pain she is having to inflict. I have the highest respect for Dr. Julie Countess and Bethany and highly recommend them.

Dr. Countess and her nursing staff are outstanding! She removed a spot of basil carcinoma from my ear and I never felt any pain. They kept me informed of what was going on during the entire procedure. They are very thoughtful, compassionate and professional. Also the after-care has exceeded my expectations. Thank you 😊

Dr. Countess did not answer my questions about the procedure I was having. While not being outright rude, she was abrupt & treated me with scorn for asking simple questions. For future procedures, I will seek another surgeon

Had Mohs surgery on my nose (4 excisions) along with a skin graft, and it turned out better than I ever imagined it could. Dr. Countess is a perfectionist, especially when it comes to reconstructing after a significant Mohs surgery. Highly recommend her and her entire practice.
