Great place to visit for assistance with hearing loss. Great people that take time and effort to inform us of our individual needs. You will be allowed to ask questions to help you understand your needs and you will not be persuaded to make a decision that you are not 100% confident. Great experience.

Dr. Dooley made me feel like I was a person, she took time to go over all the information with me, making sure she answered all my questions and that I was comfortable with the hearing aides, she really put my mind at ease. She actually talked with me not at me, she had a great attitude and a caring spirit. Dr Dooley & her office staff were so kind & compassionate, I truly appreciate Janice going out of her way to get me in sooner than my appointment so that I could get help. I have suffered with tinnitus for 2 years and with the masking abilities in the hearing aides I am not hearing the high pitched noise anymore. I highly encourage anyone who suffers from tinnitus & hearing loss to go see Dr. Dooley & her staff.

My consultation far exceeded my expectations. I thought I needed new hearing aids, as those I had, left me unable to hear well. I was very surprised to learn that for the level of hearing loss I have, I did not need new ones. The hearing evaluation was much more indepth than the tests with my previous audiologist. The computer generated results showed me my areas of weakness and the plan for increasing my ability to hear. That result was used to program my hearing aids. It's been two weeks since my appointment. I have adjusted well to the changes on my device. I can actually hear my refridgerator running! Sounds that seemed extremely loud after the initial adjustment are now only background noise. Once I become comfortable with this level, my devices will automatically adjust to include more sounds. I could not be happier with my decision to try Lifetime Hearing Clinic. My previous audiologist was urging me to purchase new hearing aids. But the aids I had are working great! I just needed someone who could fix them!
