My parents needed medical attention, and we made an appointment for both of them in Lebanon TN. They saw Mark, a nurse practitioner. He was terrific; not only did he take the time to listen patiently to and answer all their questions, but he was also very kind and understanding. My parents don't speak English, and I served as an interpreter, but I could see his excellent attitude and even tried to speak to them in their language. Thanks, Mark! Professionals like you make this world better for everyone.

Terrible terrible terrible!! I will never go back there again;!!This was my second time going to see the dentist both times he didn't do nothing but make excuses why he couldn't do his job!! So I wasted my money again and all his assistant did was complain about her job and other patients so if you want a REAL dentist I suggest you don't go there!

I’m not understanding why someone will need an appointment when they don’t see you on time anyways! Every time I bring my mother for her appts they are always late calling her back then when we get back it takes them awhile to get in the room. Having appointments now days defeats the purpose. Will be looking for a new doctor office that takes her insurance because this is ridiculous

I have been waiting for 2 referrals for a month now. Was told it would take a couple days, I called and was told 10 days, called after 10 and was told 21 days and today I call and still nothing. I need physical therapy for my foot and have to be referred and pretty much playing a waiting game with an unstable foot. Not to mention at my appt the dr didn’t even check my foot or anything, just came in and said pretty much nothing and walked out. Just find a better drs office!!!!!!!!

Got checked in and seen on a set appointment date. Process of being seen was fairly quickly. Greeted by very kind staff immediately. Everyone there is very nice and quick about how they handle things. The doctor and nurse were very attentive. The doctor even took the time to listen about my health concerns and helped immediately. Very grateful for this health clinic.

I made an appointment and was turned away because I had COVID more than 15 days prior. Went home and waited almost 3 hours to speak with the PA.

the nurse was rude and disrespectful it took me 3 days of calling back to back for them to just send my prescription to the pharmacy for antibiotics if you can go anywhere else you should

Neighborhood health gave me sonebody elses test results!! I went for a yearly exam and got a positive result for chlamedia..Ive been with my fiance for 1 1/2 yrs he got tested 2x once at quest diagnostics and the other time at the health department both were negative!! There is no way im positive and a person ive slept with almost everyday is negative! It really caused a strain in my relationship, my mental health and my family...i spoke to a manager and she has yet to call me back!!!
