I really hate giving a bad review but left with no choice. I fell and broke 2 bones in my wrist. They got me in cast it up, all was well. I dont know who dropped the ball but 30hrs later I am still trying to get pain meds. If you have ever had a broken bone it is very painful. The pharmacy sent messages I called and left messages and at the end of the day they call back Dr Terry not in office today and no back up plan for someone else to cover his patience so unprofessional. So I was told it will be another 24hrs before he is back available. I was told well if you cant wait go to the emergency room.......I wonder are they going to pay for that. Of course not. I have never been treated so aloof in my life. How can they think this is ok. Because it's just not. I am a 65 year old women that needed help and alittle compassion.

Dr. Terry is the Best ! I took a fall from my knee going out and causing a fall in witch I broke my femur bone, not only correct it but when my Ins. company denied my knee replacement on the same leg .Dr.Terry spoke in my behalf and got it approved for him to do the replacement. My right leg overlapped my left leg it was so crooked , but thanks to Dr.Terry my leg is as srtaight as my left leg . Deeply Blessed for what he did for my leg !!

Dr. Terry and his staff are very knowledgeable, patient and explains anything you may not understand. I would recommend Dr. Terry because he listens to what you are saying... Unlike many doctors I have seen in the past.

Highly recommend Dr.Terry. My mother in law fell at work and broke her hip,Dr. Terry and his staff have done a wonderful job taking care of her and her needs! Special shout out to Charlotte in his Lebanon office. She has been such a great help to me trying to get everything in place that my mother in law needed! Absolutely wonderful people! Big thank you to everyone!! I want to add to this post,I do still think the staff are wonderful but....it is next to impossible to get a call returned when a message is left..this is very frustrating at times

Mrs. Carolyn was helpful in answering questions about process of being seen and was able to get an appt for my husband within a few days. I ended up canceling the appt when the walk in had a orthopedic on staff that Friday. Previously I had a family member use Dr. Terry and was satisfied with surgery. Carolyn has been with the practice for many years and is knowledgeable. Its disheartening to witness patients take frustration out on the office staff. I hope these ladies are given a bonus and shown how much they are appreciated for the disgruntled individuals they deal with day in and out. The ladies always display excellent customer service and treats the potential patients with the upmost care. Most employees would probably walk away if they witnessed how patients talk and treat the staff. They should be recognized for the commitment to making TN Orthopedic and now High Point what it is today. Thank you ladies for always being kind.

Dr Terry sucks he did my total knee replacement and really messed my knee up and I had to have it redone. Not a good doctor....🤬🤬😡🤬
