I went to him as a new patient he spent 7 minutes with me and decided that he knew me better than I knew myself .If god forbid you have a question you will wait days for a response. When I did finally get a response his very angry nurse called me back and made me feel very badly about myself.

Dr. Crutcher is an excellent Doctor he and his entire staff at Family Medical are attentive compassionate and thorough. They really listen and will ensure that all your questions and concerns are addressed. You couldnt ask for more in a Primary Care Physician.

I would highly recommend Dr. Crutcher to anyone needing an exceptional family doctor. He was prompt he listened took a great interest in finding a solution to the problem. It was immediately evident that Dr. Crutcher is very knowledgeable incredibly invested in my health. He has been our family doctor for several years treating me for a chronic condition hes been diligent in making sure I see the best specialists. Dr Crutcher has been a great resource advocate for my wellbeing.

Dr Crutcher listened well and diagnosed my condition with care and wisdom. He continued medication I needed and took my off a medication that was harmful to me. I would recommend him as a wise and caring physician.

Dr. Crutcher is on call for my long time physician today. When I saw my physician last week we decided to hold off on antibiotics for my cold because at the time I seemed to be on the mend but that I should call for a prescription for antiobiotics should my symptoms worsen. My symptom significantly worsened on Friday after closing hours and more so Saturday morning with a predictable infection in my bronchial. I called my physicians office confident that there would be an on call doctor. After two calls I was give the name and number for Dr. Crutcher as the on call doctor. I called and spoke to a very nice and sympathetic woman who said she would pass on the message. We got a return call not from Dr. Crutcher saying that Dr. Crutcher did not accept new patients on Saturday??? and there is a clinic over 30 miles from my house I could go to for help. I am sure my physician went home to spend the weekend with his family secure that his long term patients over 17 years with the same primary care physician would be properly cared for. Dr. Crutcher is appears to be too busy or too important to worry with the sick when he is on call and didnt even bother to speak to me or ask about my symptoms.
