I went to him as a new patient , he spent 7 minutes with me and decided that he knew me better than I knew myself .If god forbid you have a question you will wait days for a response. When I did finally get a response his very angry nurse called me back and made me feel very badly about myself.

I wasn't impressed with him and it also takes them days to call you back if you have a question . When you do finally get a call back, his very angry nurse calls and makes you feel like a piece of crap.

Dr. Crutcher takes the time to inform us about all of our options and helps us to understand the body and its nature through whatever our family’s illness is. He supports us in preventing the sickness and using meds only if necessary. Love Family Medical Associate in Lebanon and would recommend Dr. Crutcher.

Dr. Crutcher is an excellent Doctor, he and his entire staff at Family Medical are attentive, compassionate and thorough. They really listen and will ensure that all your questions and concerns are addressed. You couldn't ask for more in a Primary Care Physician.

It was immediately evident that Dr. Crutcher is very knowledgeable & incredibly invested in my health. He has been our family doctor for several years treating me for a chronic condition & he's been diligent in making sure I see the best specialists.
