Tate Medispa's Online Review Report Card

I really wanted to like this place, but 2 weeks later, I was left with an uneven forehead. One side of my forehead has far more movement than the other and it took them well over 3 weeks to respond to an email in which they just said " I suggest more units next time".

Highly recommend. Everyone is very personable. They listen to what you want done and also recommend what’s best. They don’t try to up sell either! It was quick and easy I’m very pleased!

I have been going to Jana for years! After a few decades 🤭 of using Botox and fillers by many different injectors her technique is flawless.They always have deals and she gets me in and out quick! The Alle program is awesome ! Totally worth the drive. Love the office it’s very zen 👌

Jana is really the best!She is kind honest and goes out of her way to be helpful.You can 100% trust her she does an amazing job on any treatment I’ve ever received from her.

I've been a patient of Tate MediSpa for 3 yrs. Janna is terrific and knows what I need almost without asking now. They are courteous and friendly every time.

Went for botox. Not my first time, but first time client with Jana. Did a lip flip and forehead lines. I expressed that I did not want my eyebrows to look like Mr. Spock, but would like them to lift a little. Came at me with a needle after doing a little facial expressions (to see where to put the botox) and didn't say a word, like "we are starting now" didn't use alcohol wipes to disinfect skin first either. My eyebrows and top eyelids are drooping. I have to go back to maybe get them fixed but I'm not sure I want her to touch them. Will update if I go back and she touches up. Lip flip looks okay. Will keep looking for a better provider.

Great overall experience. Jana, was very professional, was on time for my scheduled appt., and put me at ease during my treatment. I would recommend 100 percent.

Love. Love. Love. Tate Medispa. I recently had my first ever Botox appointment with Jana Stone at Tate Medispa, and all I can say is that it was amazing. I was a little nervous at first going in since I’ve never gotten anything like this done before but Jana was the absolute best. She took the time to explain the whole process to me and answer all of my millions of questions. Jana’s technique was flawless that I didn’t even realize she was done because I couldn’t even tell that she started. After I was done and went to checkout, Leah at the front desk was the absolute sweetest. She gave me all the information I needed for after treatment and was sure to let me know if I had any other questions or needed anything else to just give them a call. All in all, I would definitely recommend Tate Medispa to anyone I know wanting to get anything done. The office itself was so welcoming and I had the best experience.

I heard bad reviews in town since moving here but thought my experience couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. I had filler done and Jana only did my top lip and made one side crooked. Leah at the front desk always says give it two weeks and it will go down and sometimes one side will swell more. I paid for another treatment and this time she put much more on the other side this time so now that side is crooked. I waited over two weeks since I knew what Leah would say again and she did. She wasn't listening when I told her it had already been over two weeks and still asked me to come back a third time. I told her no way was I paying a third time for someone to do my lips horribly again and me look like I had a stroke so we suggested dissolving the filler which I've never done or had a problem with in the ten years I've had the procedure done in Nashville so I was not going to risk her messing that up too. Her technique is off a lot, she doesn't do facial symmetry, doesn't fully massage the filler into place and so it's not hard, doesn't listen or pay attention and comes at you with the needle before you can even finish. So many other things to mention but I'm running out of space. Save yourself from looking botched and go somewhere else. This place is a joke and there's a reason why they are the cheapest.

Hands down best place I've ever been. I can trust I am in excellent hands, which is essential for any procedure! Prices are very reasonable, and there are no pushy sale tactics, which I greatly appreciate! Thanks so much!! I'll be back, and have recommended y'all to my friends!
