Moving & needed a new PCP. Kowal came highly recommended. He was the rudest Dr I've ever been to. He asked why I was leaving my current PCP. He would not allow me to even tell him why I was there. Then he wanted me to come back in 2 months???? I was only trying to get established with him as a new patient but his attitude blew it.
