This is my favorite walk-in clinic. They are always friendly and quick to serve and possibly the most time efficient walk-ins I’ve ever gone to. They have always gotten me in, seen thoroughly by the provider, tests drawn and injections given in a timely manner. I can’t say I’ve ever waited very long for anything in this office. And let’s not forget those nice ladies at the check in/out desk!

The rudest people and doctors I’ve ever interacted with. It’s Sunday, I get it ppl don’t wanna work. Going in with a sore throat and doing a crazy amount of test for something that he says is sinus’s. I’m confused. Are they just looking for a pay out? I’m in no way shape or form a Doctor with no training, but this seems like a reach for something this isn’t.

The only reason it’s one star and not zero is the professionalism that taime had the second time I called. For them to advertise walk in but deny service saying appointments only is false advertising. When I called and I think Kelsey but im sure it’s heffer to say they can deny service and hangs up on me when I said in a casual tone I just want an email to me stating they’re appointment only to report false advertising. It was so unprofessional. To get hung up on especially after driving one hour to see them and denied in person (sister was sick and went) and then for me to call. This is the worst service I ever endured in medical field. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL.

I visited this location again today. I have had a good experience with both providers I have gotten care from at this location this week. But the practitioner on duty today, Johana Wix, was exceptional. Great patient rapport and you can tell she truly cares about her patients' well-being. I used to work on the clinical side of healthcare too so I know what good patient care is. Finally an Urgent Care that has good providers!

The entire office was very prompt and professional. It has always been a great experience anytime I have been there for any problem or illness. It is the only convenient care facility that I ever go to.
