Urban Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I had been experiencing chronic sciatic pain for over a year, and I was considering back fusion surgery as my next step. I decided to try physical therapy one more time, and fortunately, Oleg Urban had an opening for an evaluation. During my evaluation, Dr. Urban listened to me carefully and asked that I bring my radiology reports in to my next appointment. He showed me 3 simple exercises to begin doing at home and scheduled my next appointment. By the time I went back for my next appointment, my sciatic pain was at least 75% better just from doing those 3 exercises! Dr. Urban continued to show me exercises and better ways of lifting and maneuvering my body (I'm a gardener) so that I wouldn't keep aggravating the osteoarthritis in my vertebrae. I continue to improve every day. Dr. Urban is a gifted diagnostician and problem-solver. I highly recommend his practice for treating (and alleviating!!) back or hip pain.

I was referred to these guys when I was scheduled for rotator cuff surgery .... Even though a I was not a patient Casey called me back and spent a fair bit of time with me going through the pros/cons of the surgery vs just trying therapy. After the surgery, Casey worked with me and on me to help me get my arm back in shape. He is knowledgeable and caring in his approach - will answer any and all questions. He was also supportive of having laser therapy treatments (Back in Motion Chiropractic) concurrent with the PT that seemed to accelerate the healing process. definitely would go back and highly recommend. the entire staff is helpful in a positive environment. I highly recommend Urban Physical Therapy. The staff is great, friendly and make you feel at home. My therapist was Casey he didn't set a time limit on my visits, was knowledgeable, explained everything he done and answered all my questions. Thank you Casey for everything.

Had a shoulder injury that required PT. Casey was professional and knowledgable. He helped me regain full movement with my shoulder but also showed me how to avoid future discomfort. Cross my fingers I don’t need PT again, but if so I’m headed back to Urban. Was less expensive than other spots around town as well.

Have had total knee replacement surgery on both knees done one year apart at the Nashville VA. Oleg was my therapist for the first, and Casey for the second. The therapy was painless for both surgeries, and my results exceeded the Surgeons expectations. I could not be happier with my results. The entire was caring, friendly & courteous, it was always a pleasure to go in.

Great Staff! Friendly, accurate, answer the phone on 1 to 2 rings. Oleg knows PT. He helped me with a difficult, second repair to my rotator cuff. He supported me physically, but more important mentally. He took the time to explain what was going on - telling me many times (Kindly) slow down. Clean, well equipped. You get the one-on-one attention you'll need. I'd recommend his team. I've rehabbed several times (Knees, neck, shoulder) at other facilities. I'd come back!!
