Very poor new patient experience. I had an appointment that was canceled the morning of as I was told the NP could not see me that the Dr had to, I waited for that appointment for 2 weeks. I was rescheduled for this morning @ 9:45 and at 8:30 I recieved a call stating that the Dr I was referred to does not treat for what I need to be seen for so my appoinment was canceled again. It has now been 4 weeks since I scheduled my original appointment and all this time I could've been waiting for a Dr who could see me instead of having not 1 but 2 appointments canceled the morning of. Very frustrating to wait for an appointment only to have it canceled twice.

Dr. Arham is super nice and friendly. Listens to everything you have to say before he speaks. His MA Mary is super friendly and respectful as well. Front desk was welcoming and a helpful with any questions needing to be answered.

Very poor new patient scheduling. Two times they have scheduled an appt I scheduled days off work to go to. Both times they called me only with a few days of the appt saying my appointment wasn't available or they scheduled at the wrong facility and didn't have any other appts available for the day.
