Covenant Health Therapy Center - Lenoir City's Online Review Report Card

Posting this for my husband Michael. He was assigned to two awesome therapists, Renee and Ann. Wet nice, knowledgeable and mad therapy fun. I also used this office after my own knee surgery,, we would both recommend their services.

The staff are all friendly. Janine greeted me each time with a smile as soon as I opened the door. My physical therapists were Amy and Renee. They both were understanding of my oxygen limitations, but did push me to keep improving. Amy and Renee used various techniques from exercises on bike or with elastic bands, kinsio tape, SI belt, and other techniques. They helped each other when necessary. They were efficient, kept updated records, recorded improvements, and shared with me what they were writing down. I highly recommend Covenant Health Therapy Center.

I had a great experience with the Covenant health physical therapy center. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. I was being treated for a torn rotator cuff, torn bicep, and torn labrum. I started physical therapy six weeks postop, and I’m happy to say I have made a 100% full recovery. My therapists Amy and Rene were amazing. It was not like some other physical therapy locations where they give you exercises and you do the same things visit after visit. They tailored each visit to help me reach my range of motion and strength goals. I am very happy to say all goals and milestones were met and they helped me achieve my “real” goal, which was to get back to racing dirt bikes. I could not be more happy with the treatment I received, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Last year I had two strokes. The doctors did not think I would walk,talk, or maybe even make it. After leaving the hospital I had to go to rehabilitation but after a couple weeks I was released. I then went to covenant physical therapy where I had to have physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Anne was great at physical therapy and I finally graduated. I had Janie for occupational and she was fantastic. Speech lasted the longest and Natalie helped me so much and my talking and writing is so much better! I graduated from there. All the staff are great here very highly recommended! Thank you all sonjia wallace

Covenant health physical therapy are the best at what they do !!! I highly recommend them I had back pain for weeks was going to a different place and never had relief!!! Went to Renae Wilson at covenant she was the best so caring hands on and made she showed me a trick and has instant relief my back is good as new !! Highly recommend Janie conely as well for for occupational therapy she is amazing I've seen her care through a patient of mine who has had a stroke no movement of arm at all in his right arm and now he can lift it to his mouth and eat .. just so amazing love these people!!! Thankyou so much you all are amazing always going above and beyond for your patients😁

When I first went to therapy, I was scared and in a lot of pain. Everyone there really made me feel at ease. My therapist Brian is amazing. He gave me all the resources I needed and kept telling me not to push to the point of pain. Today I was discharge from therapy. Thank you Brian for everything you did.

I personally want to thank Mikayla, Madison and Ashley, as Mikayla was my OT, Madison’s my PT and Ashley was my SP. These three outstanding and gifted girls that work at the Covenant Therapy Center, Park West, were a God send. With their instructions and their patients with me in guiding me back to health, I am able do everything I did before my stroke. I feel that I was divinely guided to Covenant Health CENTER in Knoxville, and end up with these three outstanding therapist, as they have Giving me back my health over the last couple of months with their skilled therapy work. I am so pleased and grateful for Being divinely guided by the three outstanding employees of covenant health therapy center In Knoxville, Tennessee. In my opinion, those who are seeking help with their situation and needs therapy, this is the place to go.

Going to Covenant Health Therapy center for help is like going to God in prayer and receiving your answer rather quickly. I went in because my left arm( my dominant arm) was extremely painful to the point I couldn’t even sleep well. Often it felt like my shoulder was in spasms, shooting pain up into my neck every few seconds. Amy and subsequently Renee are nothing short of amazing and wonder ladie. They are so joyful and patient and full of love and compassion for hurting people. They helped me achieve full range of motion and I’m free of pain. This is nothing short of a miracle. I am forever grateful for these amazing godly ladies who helped me achieve my goal. Thank you so very much.

Covenant Health Therapy Center in Lenoir City Tn, Really Really helped me with my recovering from a stroke. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs Therapy. I want to give a SPECIAL THANK YOU to my OT Therapist (Occupational Therapist) Janie Conley some of the things I thought I wouldn’t be able to do again she helped me, she really worked hard with me and was very patient with me and was always encouraging me with a kind and caring heart.
