Went to Pulmonary and Sleep Consultants 108 Lovell Road Knoxville TN October 2020 seeking consultation for a possible sleep disorder. The receptionist charged my credit card $49 and issued me takehome sleep data collection apparatus. I followed the instructions and collected my sleep data that night at home and returned their apparatus following morning and was told an MD would download and review my sleep data and call me back. That was over 3 months ago. Never heard anything back. Have called them 4 times since then to inquire but they have been unable to provide so much as an appointment date let alone any consultation diagnosis or treatment. Their takehome sleep test fee $49 is just under the minimum threshold for a credit card chargeback so there is no recourse. This looks like a scam to defraud hundreds of customers out of $49 each. I give up. Wasted over 3 months of my time and now must start over looking for a real doctor. AVOID THIS OUTFIT.

I was out of town discovered my oxygen tanks were empty even though my supplier was at my place 2 days before I left. Call the office very concerned about what to do. Asked receptionist to make sure someone got back to me letting me know weather or not it was ok to be without this oxygen or not and what my options were. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED to this call. I no longer trust this office

Dr. Nadrous is a Christian originally from Syria. Very interesting to talk to very knowledgeable in his field and with helpful friendly staff. I travel from great distance to use him.

I had him as a pulmanologlist for 8 yrs and hes the best dr i found. And he does care a great deal about his patients.

my husband had been going to doctor Nae Joes for about eight years of daily passed away Ive been going longer than that he has been such a great doctor and discovers things that I need that I didnt know. I know hes a gentleman and he cares about his patients his staff his superb I would recommend him to anyone that needs help
