Too smart. unreliable

To say this office is unprofessional is an understatement. I arrived early for my consultation with Dr Hicks, only to be told she wasn't in that day. I should have known not to reschedule, considering Dr Hicks was the one who booked the appointment for me over the phone in the first place. I had to wait a week for the next available time, but agreed, even though my situation was time sensitive. When I arrived the second time, there were four people seated in the lobby, waiting. I checked in, only to be told (by the same woman who booked the appointment for me) that I wasn't on their schedule. Unbelievable. I would have left, if I hadn't already spent so much money to get there, but instead I waited in the lobby. After 30 minutes, the receptionist came out to tell us Dr Hicks was "on her way", and should get to the office in about 10 minutes, meaning I would have had to wait at least another hour. Needless to say, I left and will NEVER return or recommend this place. Dr Hicks is the most unprofessional physician I have ever encountered- do not waste your time or money here.

0 starWhy didn't i come read these reviews first. I should have known when the receptionist didn't know what she was doing but I continued making my appointment as a new patient. She took all my info and gave me 10:15am Thursday. I get there ON TIME go in the building looking for a the suite only to turn the knob and the door be locked. Saw a lady and asked where are the people for Dr Hicks office. She says they are not there. I look in disbelief like What I have an appt right now. She says the girl left not to long ago. I couldn't believe it. I took off work to for this appt that I really needed so now I've wasted my time and my money. No courtesy call or anything. Even the lady said to me honey I'm not surprised by this action I'm just going to say this and this only go find you another doctor. Which is what Im doing. Would never come here again nor recommend to anyone. So unprofessional.

I made an appointment with Dr. Hicks a couple weeks back after searching for a new doctor in my network. I show up today for my scheduled appointment and I'm met with a young lady who proceeds to tell me that Dr. Hicks isn't in the office today. I ask the young lady why wasn't I notified of this change, she shares that she called me today to tell me, but I didn't answer. I said, that's interesting because I do not have a missed call, did you leave a voicemail? She says, well no. I ask, did you send an email? She says, well no, I called. I shared that when passing pertinent information such as rescheduling an appointment you should leave some form of communication just in case the person does not get the missed call, which I did not have any missed calls in my call log. With quite the flippant attitude she asks if I would like to reschedule. Needless to say, it's a no for me. The lack of consideration of my time, the unprofessional nature of her customer service (or lack there of) and her lack of managing a calendar is enough for me to write this post to make sure that no one else's day is disrupted by this poorly run doctor's office. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!

Complete Waste of time &Money.Went for my Physical exam in July, waited their for 2hours to get checked by Doctor. Done with my lab work with in a week. After that I contacted Doctor so many times to get updates on my lab report. Every time receptionist said that doctor will get back to me after 5pm but till now I haven't heard from her. Just don't understand how come a doctor be so neglectful to her patients. I spend several dollars on my lab work which are now complete waste since the doctor doesn't even have time to tell the patient what's their in the report.Don't go to careless doctors who don't value time, money and health.

OMG!!! The worst Doctor I have ever encountered with, she is so rude and unprofessional I couldn't believe the way she was speaking to me. If I could rate her NO STARS I would. Please avoid a horrible experience with this "Doctor".

My first visit should have given me an idea of how this office operates.....I waited 2 hours after my appointment and once Dr. Hicks finally made it into the room I felt like she had maybe 10-15 to spare to meet me and give me an initial exam...my next encounter was just as bad....calling in for lab results I was put on hold 3 times and the final time it was finally by the doctor but she didn't have my results in front of her although the 2 previous times I explained who I was and why I was calling...today waa the final straw....I had an appointment at 4 but when I got to work I found out that I was getting off early so I called the doctor's office starting at 10 a.m. until after 3. I could not get anybody in the office to see if I could come in earlier ...I arrived at the office at 3:35 just to be told all the afternoon appointment are cancelled and to reschedule...SMH!!! DONE!

2 1/2 hour wait, office and waiting room disorganized and unkempt. Dr was nice. But the wait was unbearable. Office needs work, piles of paper, food, and just not organized at all. Staff ok, but where not organized as well.

Dr Hicks is very professional. She pay's attention to detail. I have been here patient for a few years now. The only way I would stop going to her, is if I moved out of state.
