Call the full patient name, and make sure they got the right person, due to HIPPA. Let patients know dr is hour and half behind when they check in, instead of waiting over an hour to find out they behind. Will not reschedule here

I went for gallbladder surgery. Bluebook said this procedure should cost $3900. I got charged double. My insurance covers surgery in full, when my deductible has been reached, which it had, but Premier decided it wasn't enough and forced me to pay the remainder by claiming they don't accept my insurance (except when it's sending them money of course) Get your surgery somewhere else. I'm never using them again.

They are all wonderful. They calmed me down. I will definitely go there for another port. Very clean rooms and very caring staff. Also it is a lot easier to get in there and out.
