Suneetha Mooss's Online Review Report Card

We have been going to Dr. Mooss for over 6 years and would recommend her to everyone. She is so great with both my kids. This office is fantastic about returning phone calls, checking in after treatment, and getting sick kiddos in fast. We live out of town and still drive an hour just to see Dr. Mooss. Look no further because this is the best doctor around.

We have been taking our children to Dr. Mooss since my oldest was a newborn (6 years ago). She now also is the pediatrician for our twin baby girls that were born very early. We absolutely adore Dr. Mooss. She is kind, thorough, and always takes her time and listens to all of our concerns. She is always sweet and explains everything to us. She also always asks our 6 year old questions directly and includes her in everything. We’re so thankful for her and couldn’t be happier with our choice in pediatrician.

If I had an option to but zero stars I definitely would... but Im a new mom and I took my child to this doctor, that was a bad mistake! She needs to go back to school and learn her stuff cause my daughter might have Pneumonia and she has two double ear infections because of her.... for one she don’t just have “thick ear wax” cause i clean her ears so I know that for a fact! And the customer service is very very bad there is only one nurse that is actually very nice when she brings us in and I ain’t sure what her name is but everybody else is very very rude and disrespectful and don’t know what there doing!!! Don’t go to her for sure! She also don’t listen to what we say is wrong she just interrupts you and don’t clearly listen! I might be a new mom but I know dang sure what’s right and what’s wrong

We love Dr Mooss. She always talks to my son and explains everything to him. My son has been a patient there since the office opened when it was Dr. Harrison. The front office staff is another matter. Always rude and it seems to be difficult to schedule with them. Always unfriendly in person and on the phone. I work in healthcare also as front office and if I treated patients like them I would get fired. This has been multiple times the past few years. I am considering transferring because of her front office. We have only stayed because of the doctor.

Dr. Mooss is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Her staff is courteous and experienced. Appointment time was prompt and sick day visits are available same day. She has a common sense approach, gives straightforward instuctions, and excellent standards of care.

I love this office, Our doctor office closed and i switched to Dr. Mooss and i am so happy that i did. Both my kids love her she is very understanding and is good at explaining whats going on and actually spends time listening to the parents, not just spending 5 min in the room and off to the next patient.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Parent cannot take their child to this doctor without being on a list..Parents can't get prescriptions because they're not on the list is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. I am on the list and I cannot request a prescription to be filled but I can pick up a prescription what kind of sense does that make? Every single time I've dealt with this office it is one thing after another. We will be finding new doctors

My both children are going to Dr.Mooss she is a amazing doctor my children and my self are very happy to have her as they doctor.
