First visit so I was asked to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. So I got there at 830. Paperwork took about 5 minutes so the receptionist said shed let the therapist know I was there. My appointment was for 900 Im sure whatever the therapist was doing at 906 when I walked out was more important than keeping her appointment with me. Unprofessional.Update I made an appointment for Pulaski office with similar results. I was asked to get there early and did so for about 10 minutes of paperwork only to be told that the therapist wasnt there and would be meeting with me over zoom. If I wanted to see a therapist online I would have signed up for an online therapist and not had to wait a week for the appointment
