My 3 year old had trauma to the eye today. We are new to the area and to be honest I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Tenbrink was AMAZING! He was in the room within minutes, had CT scan done and results back in what seemed like minutes. He had us in and out within about 2 hours. I appreciated him with explaining everything so well. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. Thank you Dr. Tenbrink!

Dr. Tenbrink and staff - especially Amy, not sure if she is a nurse or an assistant, we’re very unprofessional. I was brought in by EMS and placed into a bed. EMS waited with me to tell someone why I was there, for probably 15 minutes. After no one came, EMS left to find someone. Shortly after, I was greeted by Dr. Tenbrink and another nurse, who I felt like dismissed my issue and seemed much more interested in getting me out of the ER than administering any care. While waiting, I over heard Amy complaining about other patients that she had cared for during the day that, I guess, just got on her nerves. If you’re that miserable with your job, get a new one. And same to Dr. Tenbrink, who was outright rude to EMS and let his staff openly talk ill about other patients.
