The Ladies that work there are locals and a few have been there the entire time I have been going there for 10+ years. They are very sweet and caring. They will not accept rude behavior from their patients which is respectful since they are strong-willed women.

These people are horrible excuses for human beings! They are running what used to be Dr Phelps office into the ground! Hateful woman who lie! They will transfer your call while your still talking and are as rude as it gets! Don’t forget about them not taking notes of what they tell you they’ll do because they just forget then lie about it to whatever suits them! They won’t get another dime from us because that’s all they care about! Don’t expect them to be the doctors office you can call if you have a question or if your sick because they will just turn you away until you can come in to pay for a visit! Then give you some generic answer due to their horrible miserable lives! Dr Phelps made this office amazing but since he left it’s ran right into the ground! You lost another family of patients because of these new “caring” physicians at your office Dr Phelps!

Horrible! Dr Phelps has left this office to a bunch of rude and careless people who have lost patient after patient due to their careless behavior. They never answer the pharmacy for refill requests and make sure to never answer when you have a question they only answer when you want to give them money! They just lost a entire family of patients. Sad excuse for an office now

Dr Phelps has left this office and ever since he did the women that run this office are horrible. They show that they don’t care! You are just an inconvenience to them!! Cindy is atrocious there, telling you she will hang up on you or for you not get to get rude with her when you just have a simple question. These women are a poor excuses for care providers. They want money even after you pay for a visit you only see a provider for 15 seconds before they run out the door and your rushed out. Then they forget to send in your prescription and refuse to answer the pharmacy requests. They don’t answer the phone unless you want to give them money. Rude hateful woman who are running dr Phelps business into the ground! Sorry dr Phelps we used to live love your office but we no longer are looked at like patients but instead a dollar bill. Thanks but we will find a better care to provider for our family literally anywhere else But here!
