This was the best ER care I’ve ever received. The experience was so reassuring and professionally administered to demonstrate capability and experience. I went in shaking and in pain but left feeling no pain and well cared for by every member of the staff including the security or camera monitor who provided assistance.

I am very impressed with the entire staff at Marshall Medical center especially considering how small it is. This was the first time in my life I have ever had to stay in the hospital a few days and I was lucky to have such a caring team of individuals looking out for me. The entire staff was compassionate and took very good care of me trying to get me well enough to go back home again. They all took the time to explain things and also all the weird things that go on with COVID in your body and mind. They really put me at ease and gave me everything I needed to start getting on the mend again. Respiratory therapists nurses and my doctor at the hospital were all knowledge caring and shared their personal story with me on how it was for them when they had it too. These people are the best at Lewisburg including the sweet ladies in housekeeping. They were a blessing to me during recovery so I wouldnt be so alone during one of the lowest points in my life. I just felt so sorry for all the PPE they have do deal with in that COVID care. They have to deal with so much and putting their life on the line with this. These people are a gift from God right now to us. Thank you for having so much compassion in your care right now. I am glad I went to you instead of a bigger town.

Place is a joke. Took 2.5 hours for them to give negative results of a covid test and kick us out. Doctor clearly showing signs of alcohol dts jabbed shakey fingers into stomach of patient complaining of abdominal pain and nausea deep enough to cause vomiting. Under diagnosis they listed only the symptoms because they only did one test and discharged. Better off going to maury regional they may kill you but at least they care enough to try to help

No waiting room time didn’t have to wait long for results. I appreciate all they did. The male nurse was very patient and treated my son with respect. Very much appreciated. The ER has definitely changed and is a lot better now than it use to be.

Its no fun having to be in the hospital. Especially for an extended period of time. But everyone here took very good care of me And I do mean everyone of them. The healthcare professionals the kitchen staff housekeeping and maintenance when they came to fix the T.V. in my room so I could watch my Little House on the Prairie They all made me feel important. Like a person not just a patient After being there for 5 months they became like family And I will miss them Although I do plan on visiting so... watch out Muhahaha

Went in thinking I had sprained my foot but they did xray and it was broke. The Dr was very friendly and professional and nurses were very friendly. I cant say enough about the Dr he was great.
