Has been a great pediatrician. Wish he would return.

Will refuse to see kids

If I could give zero stars I would. My son had coughing a wheezing for over three months and toward the end he was screaming and jamming his fingers in his ears. I kept taking him in and Dr see just said it was rsv, that ear infections are extremely uncommon and if I had been vaccinating him then we wouldn't be having these problems and said there was nothing he could do but to let it pass. Finally I took him to the walk in clinic because he was so miserable and they treated him for a double ear infection and pneumonia! Within 48 hours he was almost back to normal. This was such a huge miss I couldn't believe it. When. I went back tto his office I had decided to start his vaccinations and let him know what had actually been going on, but he dismissed us from his clinic because it was too late and told me walk in clinics couldn't be trusted. He didn't want to see what was in front of him because it disagreed with his book and only write this because I don't want this happening to anyone else.

Lewisburg Pediatrics is great!! Every visit, child sick or just a well-child, we got nothing but excellent service. Dr Ashley, and Dr See are amazing with my son and I recommend them to everyone!! They are not a typical "fast pace" or "walk-in" that have your antibiotic sent to the pharmacy before your even seen. Just beside some parents have one NOT SO WELL visit, was your child was treated? Yes, they take their time to get to the source of the problem then whipping through child visits. Some of you do not understand how well keeping up with shots is. As in any nursing course you go, flu shots and basic shots are mandatory to have. Having the flu is different in all. Symptoms come quicker than others. I had a co-worker diagnosed with bacterial meningitis, the whole family was treated in case of home breakout. Your negative comments on here is garbage. I will continue to take my son to Dr Ashley at Lewisburg Pediatrics while Yall think that they are "lacking". Good Day! - Amber Head.

I changed my daughters doctor. She was seeing Dr. See. He told me that he has all his patient's on zertec and benadryl (including my child). Also , Dr. See and Dr. Ashley told me that it is impossible for my child to have an ear infection , Dr. See specifically told me that my child had drainage and redness in both ear but was not going to give my child anything to get rid of it! I despise this clinic ! Don't take your children there. They will put them on medication they don't need. They put my daughter on benadryl and zertec at the age of 3 months old. They are rude , and I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

We enjoyed the convenience of being able to attend this office so close to home even if after a few visits they seemed to be EXTREME vaccine pushers. (And I do mean extreme, we would spend more time talking about getting my children up to date on theirs than talking about them being sick!) Then came my kids having the flu. They ran a flu test in both of them and the doctor came in with the results. She told me one of my children tested positive for both A and B flu (this child was dancing around the office) and that the other tested positive for A (was asleep and feverish in my arms). I said. "Are you sure you didn't accidentally get the results mixed up, because this one seems more sick then the other so I would think she was the one with both." She told me no and that she was sure the results were correct and that my other child would probably be hit with the flu harder by the next day or two. Then she went on to asking me about vaccinations. I told her my husband and I had spoken and decided that we weren't going to get our children the MMR vaccine but that we wanted to do the rest. She said "Well you can't opt out of a vaccination here." I said, "I'm sorry?" She said "If you choose to opt out you will be dropped from the practice and we can't let you come back." I told her I wasn't aware of that. She then went on to tell me how the vaccine was perfectly safe and that there had never been any test performed to say otherwise. Then she said. "I just urge you to actually do some research." I told her I had done massive amounts of research and hadn't reached this decision lightly. That it was something I still stressed and struggled over daily. She said they would be writing it into my children's​ files and we wouldn't be allowed back. We left and a few weeks later I received letters in the mail with my children's​ flu test results. First off, I was correct when I asked her if she had mixed them up and she had assured me she hadn't. The tests said exactly what I had said in the office. That my more sick child was the one with both flu types and my dancing child was the one with just one type. Then I went on to read further into the letter as it explained why they were dropping me. Then something caught me eye. At the bottom of the chart was recommendations for my children. For my oldest child. ( Whom I might add is very active and eats more healthy food than junk food) they suggested that I learn about healthy diets and i needed to encourage more exercise. This little girl is not overweight. I promise you. I was horribly upset by the insinuation. My five year old is always active. If anything I have a hard time getting her to sit for a little bit. Not to mention the fact that she lives off of fruits and veggies. The kid rarely eats junk food. She doesn't care for it. I am just so upset with how they handled everything. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. They have no willingness​ to respect you as a parent nor do they even care to try and think for one moment that you could be right and them wrong. The nurses there are WONDERFUL but the doctors are extremely lacking. Horrible.

The doctors explain options very well and are very concerned about providing appropriate and modern treatments.

At first meeting with this Dr., I thought that we had the perfect Dr. for my granddaughter. How wrong I was. I've read where ppl think that he cares for them, yeah i thought that too, but this man ended up being the most unprofessional, hateful, rude, non caring person with a lack of ethics and respect for patient and family, that i have ever seen. I've actually been in the medical field longer than he has been and you just don't treat ppl the way this individual treated my grandchild and myself. I wouldn't recommend this person to anyone. ANd im not the only one in this county who feels that way. And they never gave my grandchild the necessary vaccines that was lacking...

I took both my children in for check-ups/evaluations by Dr. See. He spend a lot of time talking to me and each of them. We felt he really cared about us and insuring he had answered all of our questions.
