Got in to be seen pretty quick and the ladies were very nice and helpful

Would not recommend going here. Appointments mean nothing. I had a 1pm Appointment and waited in the waiting room until 5pm before they called me back to a room where I waited another hour. so frustrating.

The Drs have always been great, the receptionist on the other hand has an extreme attitude problem. My child and I walked in, she immediately looked annoyed n launched into complaining about how busy they were, like we were making a mistake coming in. It was early afternoon, so we stayed and didnt even hafta wait long. She continued to address everyone who came in after us in the same rude, being put out way. Before we left that day, we actually had a confrontation, because she didnt want to do any extra paperwork that was needed for my kids visit. She actually ran up behind me in the hallway trying to start a fight with me, that I quickly squashed. The Dr was also aware of her confrontational attitude and tried her best to smooth things over while giving the receptionist side eye. It was completely ridiculous! Sure, we all have bad days, but I doubt her day was any worse than a single mother with two sick kids sitting in a waiting room while some receptionist power trips n treats the patients rudely and aggressively tries to start arguments cause she doesnt feel like doing her job. Others have told me they've had the same experience with her. She needs a new job.

Needed covid test for upcoming surgery. That's it! But of course they figured a way to get more money so they say they have to see you like a regular patient. There is no need except $$$. It's none of their business about my medical history or type of surgery I'm having if I only need a covid test!!! Our country is a mess over fraudulent and misuse of Healthcare cost and companies ripping insurance companies off for this kind of practice!

Great friendly staff got my little girl in and out in a very timely fashion.The doctor was very knowledgeable and diagnosed her right away great place!

I made an appointment hoping I would get in and out fairly quick. It did take over an hour but worth the wait. Provider was knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate.

It was great at Fast Pace for my physical. I got checked in, and immediately taken to the back waiting room. It wasn’t long until they came and got me for my drug test. After the drug test I saw the nurse and then shortly afterwards the doctor. I would give them a 12 for outstanding medical treatment!!

I love how friendly and knowledgeable everyone here is. It's nice to have such service when your not feeling so well!

I am usually satisfied with my visits at fastpace in Lexington when I take my children. Usually, the providers listen to me about my concerns. However, this time, they didn't listen to anything I asked, and Emma had to go to ER the next day to and wait to be seen just to have done what I asked for at your place & be told that she does have appendicitis and she is having her appendix taken out now.
