I love the fact that I feel comfortable around her and that I feel like she is really listening to me. I'm so glad that Dr Cummins is my PCP 😁.

I would not recommend this provider, she has no ability to listen to the patient. Will take 3 weeks to reply to messages, ignores messages from the pharmacy. Horrible at sending in refills, looking for new provider ASAP!

Fantastic bedside manners, very knowledgeable and she takes the time to listen to you. Dr. Cummings truly is a caring doctor.

My wife went to Dr Cummings mainly about her headaches and some other issues. My wife needed her prescription refilled for her headaches and the pharmacy said they never received the prescription refill. I had to call the Livingston clinic and the lady that I talked to about my prescription was very rude. Dr Cummings only gave her a few pills instead of 30 day supply and we called back and won't prescribed any more until she comes in and we don't like going in places especially a Dr's office because my wife had cancer and can't afford the chance of getting the covid virus.

I have gone to Dr. Courtney Cummings for a couple of years now. She is a great doctor. She listens well, and really has compassion. She is easy to understand and has very good judgement. I trust her completely. I finally found a great doctor!!!!! Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely would not recommend Dr. Cummings to ANYONE concerned with their or their family members well being. She lied repeatedly to cover up the fact that she didn't remember anything about a previous visit, and she asked me about how a medication was working that I do not even take!! One of the worst Drs visits I've ever experienced in over 30 years of going to the Dr for a chronic health problem!!

She is a excellent doctor but whomever does their accounting does a very poor job. My insurance company suspended co pays for primary care doctors last year and instead of their receptionist relaying this fact they continued to ask for my copay when obviously a credit should have been shown on my account. This continued for the next 2 months when I finally noticed that Blue Cross had paid the entire bill and they had also collected my co pay. I called whomever does their accounting and was told I would have to wait 60 days for my money even though they had already received their money from Blue Cross along with my copay. Now that may not seem to be a lot but I am a senior and live paycheck to paycheck. I thought it was ridiculous to have to wait that long for a refund so I called the office manager at the Livingston Clinic who got in touch with their accounting department. I was told I would receive the check in 7 to 10 days. I still do not have my refund. What bs

I just moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new dr. Dr. Cummings is such a nice dr. She’s caring, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Im so happy I found her.

She is an excellent dr. She takes her time and makes sure I have all my questions answered
