This doctor destroyed my life. At 23 he gave me a complete hysterectomy and told my husband "maybe now she will stop complaining " - I had severe endometriosis- first he gave me Lupron depot - a lutenizing hormone blocker first developed to chemically castrate paedophile men - so you know this drug didn't have a whole lot of oversight in its development- same drug being given to children today....the side effects of 3 months on this drug dried up my ovaries like raisins!! So the hysterectomy was now a must. Afterwards 8 found out they carved me apart like a Sunday turkey, used mesh without my consent - to lift my bladder, not sure why it had to be removed or relocated, they did so much damage!!! I can't eat - everything feels like broken glass moving through me...even jello...I have had zero sex drive ( after surgery every orgasm is a rip off, it's hard to achieve and without sex organs there is no fireworks, feels like you were ripped off just before the finish line ...no one told me this was going to destroy my marriage and my sex life at 23...I'm now 50...if I could find this doctor in a dark alley...lol. Did you know before he came to the Victoria area (VGH) he was kicked out of every hospital on the lower mainland??? Did you know his own peers call him "" THE BUTCHER "" I certainly hope he's had his licence revoked by now

Dr. Cox has been our physician for about ten years. If it were possible we would give him a 50+ rating. He has always been caring, listening to our symptoms, and dedicated to finding an answer to any of our questions or symptoms. During or annual checkups he is thorough and ensures that we remain healthy. His Staff are efficient, caring, , could not be better.

I took my toddler to see him and he spend maybe 30 seconds with us. He never smiled, never acknowledged or spoke to my son, who was the actual patient and got out of the room as quickly as possible. He's absolutely horrible and I do not recommend him and being treated like you don't matter at all!

When i tried to explain where my pain was he walked out. Hattiesburg Clinic show give him his walking papers!!!

Sadly this doctor is still in practice, I am still paying physically for a botched surgery, my story is too long for this post. Please ladies run don't walk! His sympathetic ear is no replacement for good medical CARE.

This man should not be in practice! He told me I was too fat to have my tubes tied that I would die on the table. He treated my best friend a couple of years later who was in excruciating pain and told her to get over it gave her some pain meds and sent her home. She came back with an infection and called social services on her because she was "drug seeking" she asked for a second opinion and the lady doc took one look at her did an internal and said you need an emergency hysterectomy! If she hadn't gotten the meds for the infection it could have been worse. My friend has had 4 or 5 surgeries since to fix what he could have fixed at the very beginning , because she was so swollen from the infection she has had complecations from it and has had to have more. Hopefully the man retires soon!!

Dr Cox saw me several times in Emerg and finally told me I needed A Hysterectomy at 26 years old....he then sent me home in agony. I was back in emerg 24 hours later. We had to go to the chief of the hospital to get my surgery. It was done as an emergency surgery. The scar went from my bellybutton to my pubic area. When he sewed me up he didn't line everything up so one half of my belly is lower than the other. The pain didn't go away and i continued to suffer. Years later I saw a gynecologist in Calgary that looked art my file and said that there was no reason for the surgery. My surgery file saud my uterus was free on abnormalities! I lost the opportunity to have children at 26 because of this man! Do not go see him!

I saw this doctor in emergency, He was suppose to go do a exploratory surgery but somehow prolapsed my uterus. I ended up with a massive infection and ended up being hospitalized and having to get a full hysterectomy at a very young age. DO NOT LET THIS MAN TOUCH YOU
