22 years my family was treated by Dr. Stimpson. He has done so much for us in so many ways I couldn't name them all. His Loyalty to his patients exceeds his concern for payment. He is professional to the point I always attempted to make him smile he would look down get his professional face back on and look back up. If he was concerned about anyone in the family he called to check on us. He would call the moment he received test results. He always made time to listen, answer questions, and treat your concern with importance. If he felt you needed treatment he couldn't provide he didn't hesitate to give referal.

How do you get into Dr. Stimpson for his treatment program. I have been calling every month for the last year and can't get a straight answer of when to call back. Or how to get on a waiting list. The receptionist isn't helpful at all. As a matter of fact she seems down right condisending when I bring up that I don't want Primary Care but the Treatment program. Would love to know who to speak to to get on a waiting list. I know there have been patients leave in the last year. Can anyone help me with this???

Dr. Stimpson has probably saved my life many times .having many medical illnesses creates overlapping issues. Having a physician who is familiar with all of my serious medical problems is vital .dr.stimpson knows when i need treatment from a specialized physician. I just hope he keeps his practices going till he is 80. Years back i went to summit medical. Summit is a cattle farm .they just run people in the door and back out . not for me . Update 11 07 2021. Just want to say this honestly about Dr stimpson. Couldn't believe my ears ! Dr stimpson took a call while I was waiting . Overheard him say ," it's fine tomorrow ( on a Sunday morning at 9 am , I will meet you here at my office , no ! We are not open on Sunday ,however since you are sick ,and without any health insurance ,coming here will save you , Lots of money ,vs going to hospital emergency room " . I was so impressed to see a real Doctor with a motive to serve his patients with care and Empathy ! Well done Doctor stimpson !!

I just called for an appointment as a new patient and after asking me what conditions I have then what INSURANCE I have, I was told I needed to come in and sign a release for him to view my records BEFORE deciding to take me as a patient. This is not the policy of a doctor who cares about PEOPLE. I told her I wasn't on nor seeking pain meds, but basic care for allergies and general care. Being from this town my entire life I thought he would be a good choice since he's been around for so long. It's so unethical and insulting to know that a doctor wants to know your medical history before wanting to know the PERSON. I actually thought he would have been more "old school" and be a physician who cared about people. What a huge letdown to learn that he is the same as all the rest and cares more about the paycheck.
