They discharged me after found out about bedbugs. Even my insurance company thought that was ridiculous. And I filed a complaint against them. I was always clean when I was there. I did not even sit around other patients. Well, I'm angry at this and even the insurance company was. I will still see if there's other way to file a complaint against them. They didn't even refill my diabetic medication. I have weak legs and wasn't even given a referral.

The billing department is rude! They have over billed us $158 and now won't give us our money back. Not a single statement shows our payments, which tells me there is something shady going on. We had to call them and walk them through each charge and payment in order to prove to them we were over charged. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not go to anyone associated with Summit unless you have money or time you don't need.

I have been going to Summit Medical for years. I see Dr. Craig Rylands there. He is a wonderful Doctor. When I had abnormal test come back Dr. Rylands called me personally and discussed it with me. That made me feel like he actually cares what happens to me. He has an awesome nurse as well. Barbara is very kind and understanding. When I leave messages on the nurse line she calls me back quickly. She is not only friendly she is a great nurse. I have never had someone draw blood like she does. She is so good. I am glad that Dr. Rylands is my doctor. I know he cares and is very intelligent. He will not leave me hanging on things he definitely follows through. That is very comforting.
