List of Cornerstone Of Recovery's Reviews
Place is a recovery for profit establishment. If you do not fall under one of their preferred categories i.e. railroad, medical, or "professionals" you will get second class treatment. I did not fall under one of those classifications. It took two weeks for me to be "evaluated" by a nurse practitioner. Psychologists are reserved for their preferred clients. My roommate was a pharmacist(preferred) and within three days had seen therapists, Psychologists, and given medications. Every week the "professionals" are given special dinners among other things. In my entire time there I only met with my counselor one time officially. I made my concerns well known. The response from management was narcissistic in my opinion. They finally stopped denying it and told me I could leave whenever I wanted. I wasted a month of my life and was worse off for it when I left. If your insurance/employer does not require you to go here, stear clear. If they do not cover 100 percent of the cost don't do it. This place used to be reputable. Not anymore. They are a corporate oriented recovery for profit institution.
Be wary of this place. They claim to care and say they want to help you. They do not!! I've seen 3 people get kicked out of IOP while I was there for unjust reasons. All 3 at the end of their IOP requirements. They do not listen to facts about particular cases. I was treated very poorly there by the staff that runs the IOP up to and including facilitators, therapists, and even the man who oversees all of IOP. All they seem to care about is collecting your money. They never return your phone calls when you need any sort of assistance. They are unreliable and unpleasant when you have any sort of question about treatment. While the staff is comprised of "former" addicts they seem to come off as if they are somehow better than you. I have seen these people absolutely lie to people in IOP about various things. The level of care is at a minimum very lacking. People please beware. ** Quick edit maybe I should be a little more clear about people being "kicked out" people were put in a position some because of legal issues to return to the SAME program and start all over. Basically if they wouldn't do what Cornerstone told them to do they run the risk of losing their freedom, Child, etc. Not a single one of these people were offered the opportunity to get a " higher level of care" which in the case of Cornerstone recovery a better option for a higher level of care would be a state run/funded facility. At least there they don't fill you with empty promises. I would rather someone be honest and upfront than try to hamstring me behind my back! Again please beware!
I came across Mr. Ethan Payne when he appeared as a guest on a Cryptocurrency Podcast in USA. I was listening to and was very impressed with his straight forward approach and the principles of his trading strategy. I invested $1000 with his company as a trial. I was able to withdraw a profit of $13,000 after 7 days. Mr. Ethan Payne made this possible, do well and reach out to him for a secure investment too. If there was a way to leave less than 1 star I absolutely would. While this place makes claim to caring about you and your recovery they absolutely do not! I went there for IOP after going to rehab in California for alcohol abuse. I came here in the hopes of continuing my sobriety and deal with some of my mental health issues. These people who run the IOP program comprised of "former" addicts themselves seem to come off as if they are better than you. They claim to make personal recovery plans and handle things on a case by case basis. Yet repeatedly I've seen them go directly to policies in place. In the 8 weeks I was there I saw 3 people get removed from the program for unjust reasons right at the end of their IOP requirements. These people up to and including the nurses, facilitators, the treatment staff etc are completely unqualified to do what they are claiming to do. They don't return phone calls after you've enrolled which says to me once they've gotten your money you no longer are a priority to any of them. I've been treated very poorly by the staff there and the only reason for it was because I asked questions about my treatment plan. It seems they want the revolving door program and not the sobriety aspect at all. People beware.
I'm here to show appreciation about MRS George Stephanie because I'm really from a poor family and I just invested my last dime into bitcoin mining. Mrs George Stephanie helped me and I have received huge amount of money after 6days that can pay off my debt. This platform is very secured because I do not have to send money or my investment to her or anybody and it is done on Blockchain. Thank you so much Mrs Gorge Stephanie. God bless you abundantly Amen. Contact Her if you like Bitcoin and want to start earning contact her on her WhatsApp:+16269898464 Email:georgestephanie831@gmail.com
Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs ANITA CRYPTO FX, She's 100% legit and reliable. I just made my 3rd withdrawal all by myself without any extra charges. This time I invested $2500 and profited $31,320. If you are interested you can DM her on these WhatsApp: +12133736954 Email: anitacrypto44@gmail.com Don't hesitate.
I went to Cornerstone (Recovery Renewal or RR program) in 8/20 and have been clean since. I didn't "like it" the same way I'd like a vacation to Hawaii but I'm grateful for the experience. I'd recommend Cornerstone to a friend or family member. There are a lot of clients and it can seem chaotic. Decisions can change as more administrative staff get involved which is stressful for someone in the first month of recovery.I did like that I was treated like an adult. Upon completing detox I got my wallet, ID, cash and credit cards back and was able to shop in the little store. I also liked that I wasn't isolated in the woods somewhere and seeing cars go by on the busy highway was a poignant reminder of where I had put myself. Also, real coffee and being able to smoke was a big plus. I quit smoking as soon as I left but I thought being able to was helpful, latest research not withstanding. Being able to use the landline phones in the evenings is a huge, huge thing. The campus is large enough that it's possible to go for a nice walk and think.I did not get to keep my iPhone in my possession but I was allowed to access it upon request. I was able to pay bills, etc.The program itself was pretty good. I thought the counselors were bonkers at first but I learned to like them. My therapist, who I only really saw once, made a huge impact on me that continues to this day. Other groups (DBT, CBT, therapy, morning meditation, etc.) were engaging and facilitators seemed prepared most of the time.Food is great, rooms are nice, community room with coffee, snacks, and cable TV were awesome. The gym/fitness center is top of the line. It's a business so there is a money element - don't get hung up on it and let it keep you from getting clean and sober. Insurance sucks, we all know that. Yes, you will stay longer if you have good insurance. Just remember, the longer you stay in treatment the greater chance of success you have so be grateful they want to keep you until they can't keep you anymore. There will be an end, I promise.Also. I want to give a shout out to the techs who really make the experience most pleasant. Usually it's easy to find one to talk to and just have a decent conversation. They can sometimes make little exceptions to the rules with a wink-wink that can just make your day.Edited to add: These are these are the things I would want to know if I was thinking about coming to treatment and not meant to be a critique of the clinical program. I'm coming up on 15 months clean. I could get a lot out more of treatment if I went now with a clear head and.good foundation of recovery. It would be great to work on some of those packets now and process them with trained clinicians.
I was there 13 years ago in the R&R program. The 90 day program turned into a 50 week program for me. I guess that I was a hard case.My stay at this rehab facility was better than most that I have been to, although I was quite disappointed with the follow up program once I was released. I felt that I was used only for the insurance that the rehab industry loves to milk for as long as the money is flowing. So here I am today. Sobriety long ago out the window, sitting here alone again with my trust in humanity in tatters.I don’t blame anyone but myself with my situation in this life.Everyone has their own experiences in life that molds them into the the individuals that they are today. I’m no different. I am forever evolving. Today I am exactly at the point in life that I am meant to be. For better or for worse. One day at a time.
Looking for a missing person and they couldn’t tell the family whether that person had been there or not! Smh
I went to cornerstone to get sober and I left there with so much more than that. A deeper knowledge of myself and the tools to be successful in recovery. The therapy is top notch. The councilors are truly caring and very smart about addiction. It speaks volumes to honestly say I'm going to miss it there. The support and comroadary you get living in this environment probably saved my life. Thank you cornerstone. Love you all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
