Treatment was OK, but I’ve been trying to obtain my discharge summary for quite some time to no avail. Have left multiple messages with medical records. This is very important because I need this to return to work. I assure you if my insurance company was going to spend $30,000 here I would get a call back. But now that I need something….crickets

My experience there was PHENOMENAL, The staff, coaches in the gym, nurses, therapists, counselors, and the exception of a few other patients assisted me in understanding the true meaning of brotherhood and Respect. Everyone were compassionate, helpful and bright with smiles humor and laughter. I Praise Heavenly YAHWEH for guiding me to such a wonderful enriched environment. The nature trails surrounding this Beautiful place were breathtaking, Majestic and refreshing. Of course ANY place has its fair share of troubles, but it all depends on the individual and how one conducts their self under different personalities and pressure. Thank you ALL for your support in my recovery.🌹☝🏽💐❤️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The therapists that I had the pleasure of meeting with were wonderful, they were empathetic and understood the core of my issue. I received more information that I could digest during the period of time that I was there. All to my benefit. I was housed in the professional wing of the facility. Quite honestly, being surrounded with like minded individuals made my stay much more pleasant. I met, in three days, more close friends than I have in 20 years. I will miss my friends in the times to come. I am a better person today than I was before I went in. Thank you. As an aside, the food could be better. Not a deal breaker, but the primary reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Got the help I needed. Love the staff , only issue I had was the very limited access to accommodations.

Don't waste your time at this facility. They blow you off on the phone, get voicemails ,and make it very clear that you're the LAST priority.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was a patient here and my experience was closer to traumatic than therapeutic. The place is riddled with medical malpractice, HIPPA violations, and danger to patients. The "professional" program is the furthest thing from that. There is no leadership or direction in the program, no one knows what is going on, the instructors show up to the courses <50% of the time, and when they do show up, they rarely have anything prepared. The schedules provided are not followed and patients are forced to listen in onto other therapy sessions. The woman "leading" the program, Brittany, is about as professional as a tick. During my 30 day treatment she was on-time to class 1 time. She had no shame in telling the entire class that she was not prepared so we needed to lead the courses ourselves. The housing is disgusting. Rooms are not cleaned between patients with the exception of a change of sheets. Patients are provided 1 set of sheets and 1 towel to be used for 30 days. Classes are often let out early because the instructors are ill prepared, and the housing staff will lock the building so you cannot go inside. The food was atrocious. Many patients compared it to jail food, and said that "county" had better food. Multiple times a week the cafeteria ran out of food and we were provided sandwiches consisting of white bread, peanut butter and jelly. The store/market is only open 5 days a week for 4 hours so you have to stock up and plan for when you will be hungry after hours. The vending machines are off limits to patients. The nursing staff is purely there to feed patients pills, not to provide medical care. If you want to see a Doctor, you are completely out of luck, but can file a request to see a Nurse Practitioner... most requests take >1 week. When it comes to a treatment plan, their standard practice is to extend everyone as long as they can to "keep beds full" regardless of the status of your treatment. It is purely for their financial gain rather than the benefit of the patients.

Cornerstone was amazing! Both their method of treatment/therapy as well as the therapists and counselors. It was truly life-changing and I will forever be grateful. The therapy was beneficial physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually . I highly recommend this program for anyone in need of help with any type substance abuse 🙏🏼

This is an excellent program to really understand the why of addiction. I would highly recommend this program, staff is excellent

This place is horrible...... They don't give you detox meds they don't check on you while in detox. They help you at their convenience when they ain't busy which is never. I had a very bad experience here. They will tell you this place will comfort you and give you the best care possible no way. You need something you gotta get up hope the nurse station is open and all they will do is check your blood pressure. They don't come around checking in on you. Residents help residents. Which is sad. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. If you need a counselor you have to go to them they don't just talk to you one on one. An ambulance was there daily the whole time I was there cause of someone having a stroke heart attack or something cause meds weren't giving or giving wrong. They don't care about the patient at all period. Ants cockroach everywhere it looks wonderful from the outside but inside it's nasty. Food is nasty. And they let ppl run around in basically no clothing I was so tired of seeing chick butts and stuff but nothing was said. They just don't care as long as they are getting their 40 grand from you or your insurance. They will tell you u can have all this and that once you get there they take it. It's just not a place to go if u really need and want help. I experienced it myself. I went willing as well. So if you can find another facility go there by the way they changed their name from cornerstone to Bradford now. I could go on and on and on but it's a horrible experience there. Fran and a man will say they went through the program it was awesome yeah years ago ppl cared about ppl now they do not. They are reps for this place and don't work at the facility don't know what goes on. Just please trust this review and find good help
