Absolutely wonderful!!!!! Staff always helpful and kind. I accidentally hit the bottom response first. Didn’t read description close enough. Please delete. Just today my guest and I were commenting how wonderful this place is. The BEST!

Was most pleased with the facility Cadence of Rivergate. It was clean and smelled good. The staff was pleasant from the lady at the entrance to Lisa and the ones working with the residents in the lunch area. We are working with a limited budget and was able to work things out.

My 96 year old mother and I had a tour of the facility today and were so happy with everything we saw and heard. The staff were all so friendly and the facility is really beautiful. Upon our visit today, we decided on the spot to go ahead and sign a lease. Who would have thought that after touring just one place, that such an important decision could be made, but this place is so amazing, it was an easy decision. My mother is actually excited about moving in. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

My mother recently had to be switched from retirement to assisted living however the people at this location is very kind they're very helpful and I think once my mother gets used to having to rely on others then I think she'll like it I really do it's a very clean place and they're very nice to people however she's only been there short period of time I'll let you know more later

My mother is a resident at the Cadence of Rivergate. The Executive Director “Bobby Adkins” has a heart for each and everyone that is in the community. He treats them like he would want his loved ones to be treated and the staff is the same way. I appreciate each and everyone who is employed there. They do what they do because they truly care about the people. My sister passed away unexpectedly a couple weeks ago. The staff showed my mom so much love and concern for what she was going through. Of course they did their job, but they would stop by to check on her and give her their condolences taking that extra step not because they had to but because they do care. I believe the love they have shown my mom during this time has helped her through her loss. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, PLEASE check Cadence out. I don’t think you or your loved one will be disappointed.

Cadence reminds me of when we went on. Retreats except with an amazing staff to help you with all your needs. A Chef that is creative and amazing. An administrator that is passionate, dedicated to provide the best quality of care and a warm and inviting environment to live in. Many amenities to enjoy and to socialize.

At Cadence, I've seen first hand the family atmosphere that I would want my family members to be a part of. There is a homie feel and a consistent group of caregivers that deliver excellent service in terms of nursing sanitation activities etc. They are very communicative with family and desire for all residents too enjoy life during this phase.

It is a wonderful community for your loved ones. They have a lot of activities for the community. This really gives them something to look forward to everyday. They also keep the environment very clean. The staff is very helpful with any question you have. They really take care of the community and it shows. They have really taken COVID-19 SERIOUS making sure all the community is safe.

I left Cadence due to new director of nursing. I was there as a resident. They were not taking care of my needs. I lost some items and the were never replaced. I was calked a liar . Terrible managemt.

Since new management, the staff has done a 360! They go above and beyond! The new director has been such a great person to talk with, even cleared up issues from previous month. Definitely recommend here, plus can't beat the prices. Great staff, excellent rooms, great good-looking it's a win win!
