Centerstone's Online Review Report Card

The professionals who provide care are wonderful. The administrative staff are in equal measure awful. They are rude, act as they if you are bothering them; they always have something more important than the person in front of them. Dealing with these people induces mental health problems. Once you get past them, if you can, you will be helped by dedicated, compassionate professionals.

Terrible. Was with them for years but now things have changed and I highly do not recommend.

I don't think they really care. I have never heard I can't schedule you before two weeks before appointment. Most doctor office have more care. My daughter's med. nurse left and never told us. Then they said they couldn't schedule because they needed to find someone. They said you'll hear from us in 72 hours what a joke. I'm calling my insurance for help finding someone better and if both my kids have to lost school base nothing I can do. Provide medicine nurse with school base or don't try to compete with Vanderbilt.

This place is absolute garbage. Front office staff has little to no medical knowledge, scheduling is done by a third party, the list is forever long. Please, care for yourself properly and DO NOT go here... the incompetence is unreal.

If you care for yourself or love one try some place else.I called to get an appointment for my sister who needed to be seen asap. A message was sent to the provider by the supervisor. 3 days later I called and spoke with the supervisor who was unaware that I still had not received a call. She then sent another message to the provider. Long story short I have been waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment and still haven't heard from the provider. The supervisor hasn't returned my calls anymore. Meanwhile my sister who still needs help is struggling. When people are having a hard time and reach out for help..help should be provided. I have called so much even the receptionist was like you still haven't been called back???I finally decided my sister deserves better then this and started looking into other options. 2 weeks and no callback is ridiculous.

I have been going to this location for 20 years. I had a phone appointment with my med dr back in December 2020. With that being said I never heard back for my follow up meds etc. I had tried to call the care plan coordinator as well as my med dr. Of course no resolution nor answer. The care plan coordinator mail box was constantly full. When I finally got in touch with someone I was told my case had been closed. The representative was very harsh and rude. To me not contacting someone when they have tried to reach out on numerous occasions shows lack of profession. You can expect someone on meds to just disappear and be healed. Mental health is the most horrible thing to deal with on a day to day basis and goes to show these jokers are only there for a paycheck not because they care. I did my part above and beyond as a patient only to be ignored. So I hope noone else has had this happen to them. Centerstone needs to be investigated and I have reached out to news channels about the matter as well.Good day

Everyone has their own opinions on this place, but I really believe in YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE.Peggy, Emily, Lori, Kristy, JO and front staff have Always been so great with us, But I attribute that to us being great to them.This office has a tough job...I cannot imagine being in their shoes.We are so thankful for Centerstone in Madison and their amazing employees.They have made this moms life so much easier and I am so grateful

Very disappointing!! When you depend on medication for lifetime mental disorders and you have to go through channels if your provider is not available. “We have other providers...but they want administrator Pediatric meds because they are not the patients provider. Same Agency...Sane office!! That’s ridiculous!! I’m just glad my child does not go there for medical. Because if it was medication to live!!...we couldn’t wait until his personal Pediatric provider was in the office.

My psychiatrist went out of my network and I needed to find affordable counseling. The woman who helped me make my initial appointment was very accommodating and helped me find an earlier time due to a cancellation. The man who was my "therapist" and the woman who did the "medical evaluation" made me feel extremely uncomfortable every time I talked with them. The "therapist" just complimented me during my sessions instead of focusing on the serious issues I was trying to discuss. I later googled him and found evidence of sexual harrassment from another woman's review. While I would not characterize my experience as such, I could definitely see it potentially leading to that. The "medical evaluation" was going to be an hour long conversation where I would have to describe every incident of self-harm and attempted suicide in great detail. I was just trying to get a refill on a prescription that three other doctors had readily prescribed me for nearly 5 years. None of them ever required that level of detail about my personal experiences with self harm. I had to end our session 15min in because I was so overwhelmed by the feelings I had in relieving those memories in such detail. I never want to have anything to do with Centerstone again. Their lack of professionalism, organization, and standardized practice is DISTURBING.
