He’s a great Doctor He cares about his patients

Very good staff nice people and willing to work with you on appointment or whatever u may need.. Don't have to wait for long periods of time to be seen by doctor or therapist. All around good place to go for subriaty

Good doctor and office

he is only interested in money. The staff is no qualified to do what they do. Files ecessive claims to insurance companies

I was amazed, floored. Even though I was there all day, which was my fault. The staff extremely friendly and nice; they treated me as if I was a friend. Dr. Arnett made me feel safe and not alone, I've been to Doctors before, but I've never had one treat me with respect and not act like they was better than I, He actually listens, cares, intelligent, and honest. This past year, has been the hardest year of my life; I've been tramatized in away I've never felt before. My love, my partner of over 5years went missing for 3 horrible months, he was finally found dead And just a few days before my father passed. Before that I lost my brother, aunt grandma and grandpa, along with my nephew: so I know pain and grief, but Darrens horrible situation and what me and my family have endured has proved to be more than I can handle. This place gave me a flicker of hope, Lord knows I needed it. I can't put into words how happy I was to find a place that made me feel safe, and treated me so well. The receptionist Te'Ana, was so kind and accommodating. Usually most receptionist I encounter are rude, she was definitely not. The psychiatrist I can't remember her name but she is amazing as well, she made me feel at ease and safe. To anyone reading this you have no idea what it means for me to write this; well it means from my life which has been trauma after trauma being paralyzed from pain, & anxiety. I finally felt little bit of hope. This was my first time I was scared, but that was put to ease. I will let you know how next time goes. So far 5stars, I believe that Dr Arnett will help me save my life, along with the rest of the staff. I'm grateful and recommend this place to anyone. Thank you I look forward to next time!

Dr. Arnett is honestly THE BEST doctor I’ve ever encountered. If you are struggling with addiction & need help, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE. What I love more than anything is that Dr. Arnett is also a recovering addict so he TRULY UNDERSTANDS what you’re going through. This is a judgement FREE zone & you will always be treated with the up most respect. He is so down to earth, easy to talk with, he actually LISTENS & HEARS what you’re saying & how you’re feeling. Not to mention, he is the coolest dude around. He is humurous & tries his damnedest to make you feel comfortable. My husband & I have both been patients of his for a couple years now & we just love him so much! He’s so humble & he dresses in normal attire, no white coat, so that his patients feel comfortable & not intimidated. And T’eAna, Dr. Arnett’s, nurse/secretary, I’m not sure what her exact title is there because she does it all! She is incredible. If we need anything at all, we reach out to her & she takes care of it, no matter what. She’s even helped us when she’s gone home for the day. They are now, both, like family to us. Dr. Arnett will practice as long as he can because helping people overcome addiction is where his heart & passion truly lies. I’m telling you, my husband & I have both seen many addiction specialists in the past & if I’m being completely honest, they were all nightmares because their hearts weren’t in it. When we first began seeing him we lived quite far, took us well over an hour, each way but we are so happy with having him as our doctor that we’d be willing to drive 2-3 hours just to see him every month. So, if you’re reading this, please stop what you’re doing, do not look at any other doctors & call to schedule you an appointment because I promise you will NOT find anyone like Dr. Arnett! We love you Dr. Arnett & Te’Ana! Thank you for always being in our corner!

Dr. Arnett is a good Dr. but be careful of the lady psychiatrist that works with him . She does not like to be challenge . She is impressed with herself and will lie to get rid of any patients that don't behave the way she thinks you should . She is unable to deal with anyone that questions her and threatens those that do by having Dr. Arnett release them from his care . This is all my own opinion of her and Dr. Arnett .

I saw Dr Arnett yesterday for the first time. AMAZING experience. He knows addiction on a level most doctors don't. He spent about 30 minutes with me, sharing hope and answering all my questions. I can't say enough, this man is going to help me change my life.
