I have no problems at this doctor. I tell them my problems that exist and I'm sent to a specialist.
I don't know why I'm back here speaking about this doctors office but I'm here now. My mother had alzhermers and he was her primary doctor. Roberta the front desk secretary use to put my mom on hold when she called in and leave her there. My mom use to forget a lot and would move on. I've confronted them personally on these matters. Me and doctor Bonnaire almost had a physical situation in the hallway( he didn't want no smoke though) about my mom. They use to leave us in the examining room for min an hour every visit. I use to think it was only us dealing with this terrible service. I can't believe this office is still open!!
Never seen this doctor at the office. Only a rude woman with a bad attitude. Dogs get treated better at the vet than you will here. I’m changing PCP immediately. This place is the worst! We can all do better
Had an appointment with Dr Bonnaire yesterday and I was there for a knee issue and the doctor asked me out of all the times I have been coming with my husband why haven't I said anything about my knee? But in the next breath he's talking to my husband telling my husband to basically shut up I saw you last week I'm not talking to you about your inhaler issue I'm talking to her about her knee. And my husband asked him what he was going to do and the doctor said he'll discuss the situation when my husband has an appointment next month for a physical. All my husband was trying to do was get the doctor to change the prescription on his prn inhaler from brand name to generic.
I was in need of a new motorized wheelchair last year and he quickly got me one, but he was made aware that I was also in an upstairs apartment that had 21steps and no ramp, so I couldn't use it and locked upstairs. He should have reported it to medical and got help and did nothing and I was stuck up there a year and had seven falls down the stairs and severe injuries and have not healed. I finally got down to a downstairs apartment and soon was exposed to mold poisoning in there and am now on two inhalers and a machine and his reaction to not getting the situation is all you do is complain... what is he supposed to do about it. Move even.when discovered that I had the wrong inhaler refill,he said he will see me next month. Why he's a doctor I don't know but on tenncare, what is one to do about it?
My experience was terrible. They only won’t your money. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IN NASHVILLE
I went in because I had trouble breathing and sleeping. I was in quickly ,routine tests were give and evaluated immediately. I was urged to go to the emergency room immediately,(they offered to arrange transportation but I declined) which I did where I was diagnosed with an arrhythmia and fluid build up.
They would rather send you to a pain clinic then for a x-ray. Three office visits for my name to be spelled wrong each time for a neurologist. The lady rolls her eyes at any issue you have. My experience here has been awful
Very professional and right to the point explained everything really enjoyed my first visit thanks
It was ok for the most part

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
