List of Kenneth Dozier's Reviews
He is attentive to my concerns and ask questions and listens to me about my health issues and makes sure I get appropriate care.
My mother was a patient of Dr. Dozier who serves as one of the acting doctors in Hickory Hills Alzheimer's Unit in Hendersonville. I cannot say anything bad about this doctor per say, as he tried to protect and treat my mother well. However, when he was subpoenaed to testify in court as an expert witness in her conservatorship case, as he verbally told us he would in a meeting I had with him and his NP at that time. The management team that manages his practice stepped in and forbid it and spoke on behalf of Dr. Dozier. In fact my mother was released as a patient when she herself did nothing to deserve that treatment. This was all instigated by PMC. My mother no longer had a physician, as the owner of the management group made sure that NONE of the physicians in the practices that oversees patients in assisted living facilities around town would see or treat my mother. We have since had to go with Aspire Palliative Care to oversee her medical care.
He takes time to listen to what you have to say. :)
Good doctor close to retirement. Small window of office hours. Office manager is incompetent and incapable of taking criticism. Became combative when I questioned why my ostomy supply provider could never reach anyone at the office to confirm my prescription. Had to leave without the needed prescription after she insisted I leave, not allowing me to see Dr. Dozier.
I have gone there 10 years for stuff like sinus infections and use specialists for everything else. Warren Rose was always kind, caring and takes time to listen. However, new owner is not a doctor, PA or RN, but involves himself in patient care. I had a billing dispute involving labs. Despite the fact Westmoreland made the error and paid the disputed amount, James Meadows, owner, sent me a series of angry, personally insulting, over-the-top rants by email, first banning me from the clinic, then apologizing, then ranting....etc., taunting me about extremely personal medical things that I had only disclosed to Warren, because I thought I could trust confidentiality. Apparently not. it was not only unprofessional it was frightening. I will never go back.
Excellent doctor devoted to every patient. We are very blessed! Thanks! Emma Raines -COPD Pt.
He has been my Dr for app 20 years and I have been completely satisfies with his care. He is a careing person and I have come to think of him as my Dr and friend.
Kenneth Dozier, M.D. has been our family physician for the past 7+ years, and has been one of the best physicians I've have ever had the pleasure of knowing and treating myself and my love ones. He is patient, gentle, kind, caring and concerned about his patients. He goes the extra mile to find answers to the health issues we have faced -- not always an easy task. He has always had the best caring and understanding attitude of any physician I've seen -- and I've seen many in my lifetime. I can't possibly say enough good things to show the outstanding characteristics of this physician, except that there are very few like him in this world. He doesn't stop trying when it comes to the health of his patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
