I surely will not be back to this office ever again! For starters I walked into Dr. Feagins office for my 8am appointment to see no one at the check-in area to greet me. There was another patient in the waiting room with a 8:15am appointment who was there before me. I was very hesitant at first but went a head to see her. Because I needed a new physician, After seeing a doctor for almost 30 years. What difference. She's just a doctor that doesn't seem to care. I am a really good read of character and it turned out to be correct. I have been in her office twice in the last 6 months. But she will not have a prescription / that you have been taking for years refilled unless you come in. When you are pretty healthy she still want you to come in before she will even fill my prescription. I am currently looking for a new Doctor who cares and will not give a negative body language. Please save yourself some time and look else where for that Doctor.

I have tried to schedule a new patient appointment for two days, but I always get the recording saying call back during business hours, but it is regular business hours.

One visit I was there for 3 hours. The next visit 2 hours. Both regular visits. They call you in after waiting several minutes to get on the scale and take your temperature. Then send you back to wait again. Then call you to wait in the room for the Dr. and wait again. You can forget about reaching anyone on the phone during business hours. The patients are clearly overbooked. Then one time I heard some staff arguing and on another occasion talking about personal matters.

Terrible service. Showed up TWICE for 8am appointments to find the doors locked and staff waiting outside for the doctor to arrive and unlock the doors. Issues with billing. Incompetent receptionist.

Will never see this Dr again...she doesn't care about the patient. She only cares about you coming into her office even when you're not ill on a monthly or every two months basis. She won't refill the simplest prescriptions without you coming in and paying for an office visits.....my advice to anyone reading this find yourself another doctor one who cares about taking care of U not only making you come into the office just to get more money.....I am a 62 year old woman and through all my years I have never met a doctor who cares less about her patients.
