Dr. Biliyar goes abov e and beyond what any psychiatrist would do for their patient and he is not a 300 dollar an hour guy who is motivated only by money. He cares. I have nothing but praise for him. I am ahealth care professional myself and I rarely see this kind of commitment nowadays

I began seeing Dr. Biliyar over 6 years ago. Since then, my life has undergone several traumatic and transformative experiences, and he has helped me through some of it. I see something in him that I don't see in all doctors, and that's intrinsic motivation. I think that, at the core of it, Dr. Biliyar truly wants to help people, and that is what has kept me going back. He knows me fairly well and when I start repeating patterns of my past, we are able to identify and mitigate them better now. As for knowledge about meds, we have always been collaborative. I assert myself pretty strongly when it comes to which meds I will try and at what doses, and what is working and what is not. He provides insight and recommendations, but we decide together. He usually runs about 10-15 minutes late, but I've come to expect that by now and just show up a little later than my actual appointment time. In sum, he and I have worked really well together. Obviously there will be some variability in terms of whom he can help the most, and patients that might not be totally compatible with his style and approach and expertise. That's to be expected with anyone who sees as many patients and works as hard as he does.

This was the most awful doctor I have ever dealt with. Had no respect for patient or family.

Dr Biliyar is amazing! He has helped me overcome so much. I've seen him for 3.5+ years and I truly feel like he has saved my life. He always takes the time to listen to my emotions, my anxiety, my concerns. I never leave his office with out feeling as though I have gotten everything off of my chest. He is always honest with me about everything. He keeps me motivated to keep moving forward with my life. I would recommend him to everyone! And his staff is full of amazing people. Vivina is my favorite receptionist. I always look forward to my appointments. They all have such a great energy about them!

I have been seeing Dr. Biliyar for 3.5+ years. He is amazing and so is his staff! I always look forward to my appointments. I had a very traumatic accident 3 years and 8 months ago and I have been through a lot as a result. He has helped me so much! I really don't think I could have gotten through this with out him. He always goes above and beyond. I can trust him and talk to him about every aspect of my life with out judgement. I never leave an appointment with out getting every thing off my chest. He takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, emotions, etc. I would recommend him to everyone! He truly cares about his patients and for our well being. He has always been very encouraging, supportive, and motivational. I've been able to open up some very serious events of my life and he has helped me accept and deal/cope with so much. He is always honest and straight-up with me, even if I don't want to hear it. So I'm giving him 5/5 stars!

Dr. Biliyar is the best doctor ever! I haven't had an issue with him at all since I began seeing him almost 9 years ago. The office is very nice and quiet. I would definitely suggest him to other people. I think he goes above and beyond.

I think that he is a really good Dr. When I needed something he is willing to help

He doesn't seem to know the right combinations to treat bi-polar very successfully. I have been going to him for four to five years and I feel somewhat better but feel like I am at a stand still. He keeps repeating medications he knows I can't take due side effects or in one instance he gave me a script for a medication that I was allergic to and this medication could have sent me to the ER. I am seriously thinking of trying to find a new doctor.

This Dr. presumed to know about my life situation without any background. He was so wrong & wouldn't accept the truth when I tried to tell him. His medication approach is fairly generic as he doesn't demonstrate much knowledge regarding which medication or combination of medications might work. I would not use him again - ever.
