My Primary is here- Dr. Hahn. They have a x-ray machine, and blood draw lab and despite frequently changing the computer system the staff is so very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hahn is very knowledgeable and kind. The office is clean and quiet, and seems to be well organized. I used to drive up to UT for my primary- I am thrilled to have a such a great Doctor here in Madisonville

Office seems to be chaotic each time I’ve been there. Staff seem irritated and hectic during my visits. This last interaction was to request prescription refills for maintenance medication. Pharmacy faxed 3 refill authorizations but nurse said they never received them. I called and spoke to a nurse and requested refills. She said she would take with Dr Levin but I never heard back. I called again and another nurse asked me why I hadn’t had one prescription filled in over 10 months. I explained I had refilled it 3 months ago and received a 90 day supply. She also asked why I didn’t request refills when I was there for my last visit. I explained I didn’t know I was out of refills. It’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t received my refills. Now Dr Levin is out of town and have to wait till she returns. The nurse made me feel like I was doing something wrong and I asked if I had done something wrong. That’s not how a patient should feel from their doctors office. It’s time to find a new doctor. Hopefully the next doctor’s office will be less stressful.

My wife and I, both in our late 70's, are extremely pleased with the medical care we receive from Dr. Hahn and his entire staff. In short, we find Dr. Hahn, and his staff, more than competent, and caring!
