My dad has been seeing Dr. Howard for several months now, but every appointment he goes to Mr. Howard acts like he’s never even met him before. My dad age 72 has been dealing with pain in his legs from bone Spurs and can’t sleep. He’s rude to him and acts like all he is there for is to get pain medication. I refuse to take him back again. I always thought that your doctor was at least know why your there to see him and know your name at least. I also thought a doctor was supposed to help you if you are hurting. My dad has worked a hard labor job all his life with nothing so much as a speeding ticket on his record and they treat him like he’s only there to get a pain pill. I would take my sick dog to see a doctor like that. I rate him a O-

We had to wait with my mother for almost two hours. Dr Howard didn't make eye contact and was overall unhelpful and seemed like he didn't want to be there. He didn't give helpful advice and kept making mistakes on the computer. He made the statement "what else do you want" instead of saying what else can I help you with. We were in a bind with my mothers insurance or We would have gone elsewhere.

This man is rude, ignorant and has no knowledge of chronic pain conditions. His demeanor was disrespectful as if I was some idiot, and he never even looked at me when he spoke. He screwed up prescription paperwork, couldn't figure out how to order bloodwork on his computer, and treated me and my husband like crap. I will NEVER go back to him, and would be wary of letting him treat me for even the most minor complaint. His nurse was great, but he's a jerk. The staff in the building are generally rude and seem bothered to have to deal with you.
