Councill Rudolph's Online Review Report Card

Only issue that I have is that the front staff puts their friends or favorites before others n also ur there for hours past ur appointment time. My appointment time is always at 8am but I don't get out of there until after 12-2pm or u might get lucky n get out by 11am... I don't think that the Dr knows what they do at the front desk but he needs to know n put a stop to it.

I was referred to see Dr. Rudolph by a friend who thought he would be able to provide the type of care I needed. The first appointment went very well, I felt he really listened to what was wrong and was genuinely concerned and wanted to help. I have a rare bone disease that most doctors aren’t comfortable treating because they aren’t familiar with it. He asked questions and I thought “This is great, someone is finally listening to me.” He ordered an MRI and although it was not ordered for the places my pain is most severe on my body I just ignorantly did what I was told. He wrote me a TON of meds to get by two weeks until my follow up. The morning of my follow up I was called to come in early. This is a one hour drive for me so I left and got there ASAP. When I arrived the receptionist simply looked at me and said,”Your MRI was normal, he will not see you.” I drove an hour to hear that. Not only that, after he told me he would still try and help me even if that MRI came back normal, I was lied to evidently. To write someone so many meds and then abruptly stop them is also unprofessional, especially without counseling. I was treated so horribly because of that MRI, I feel that he should have at least seen me and explained it and offered some sort of next step solution. I am not someone that is just seeking pain pills; I genuinely wanted help. I got my hopes up so high and was then treated like garbage. I have since asked my specialist to refer me to Vanderbilt for treatment, which I should’ve done from the beginning I suppose. I’m writing this not to bash anyone, but as a warning to be prepared for this sort of treatment.

The staff is friendly and do an awesome job. Dr Rudolph is very knowledgeable and truly concerned for his patients. So glad I found this place!

He had a quiet personality but was great with my husband which had a stroke and damage to left side of body and speech we couldn’t drive to office 3 days a week considering it was a 3 hour drive one way. He offered to make arrangements for my husband to have a place to stay for the 6 weeks he took the barometric chamber treatment and only charges what the equipment cost him not many dr would do that for you. Great all around person I will say he is a highly intelligent dr. Especially In Our area. He knows more than a lot of these specialists do in Nashville

What pharmacy's will fill for him ?

As you can see, 1 yr ago, I gave this place 5 stars... Well as of today, 8/7/19, that has drastically changed. The staff is still great (when they stick around) but they will change things without informing the patients. For example... in July we inquired as to whether it would be a problem with us continuing to come here, we were told No it wouldn't be. So we drive from Ga. to Hixson, Tn to pick up a friend and then drive the hour to Manchester only to be told that he won't be able to see us. Seems that they have changed what we were told LAST MONTH and they failed to inform us of it. Since we moved to Ga. and we r now out of state, he can't see us anymore. So I guess he lost several folks because he has A LOT of patients from out of state Money is Money, right? So disappointed

This place is a joke. They won't send medical records to your new doctor. They won't even let you get a copy of it. That's why another doctor won't take you after you go here. I worked here and he still hasn't gave me my w2. Has a business and a professional he does not care about anyone but money. He will discharge a patient for nothing or if the staff don't like them. He will discharge them. This place is nothing but a pill mill. They got a hyperbaric chamber that no one is qualified to run. He hasn't even took classes on it.

We sold them a very expensive compressor and they have been avoiding our calls to collect payment. This was from 5 months ago. I bet they do not let their customers go 5 months without paying their bills.

Iv seen Dr. Rudolph in the past he is very open & caring & very knowledgeable ,, he is easy to talk to , most doctors could learn a thing or two from him !!
