THIS IS NOT MY FIRST VISIT AND NOT JUST A FLUKE, THESE AMAZING LADIES ARE LIKE THIS EVERY TIME BE IT MORNING OR CLOSING TIME. I HAVE NEVER FELT RUSHED OR NOT GIVEN THE TIME I FEEL I NEED. THEY GOT ME IN WITH OUT AN APPOINTMENT ON A BUSY FRIDAY!!!! Good day, I have bilateral osteoarthritis. Sports Ortho Urgent Care in Manchester TN has been treating me for over 4years. Beth, Kirsten & Brenna are a triple threat team to get you back on the road to recovery. They all treat you professionally, yet make you feel like a friend. I've rarely had this experience with health care. I feel like a respected human who needs care, & boy!, do they deliver. I can't say enough about the care I have received from them. They are professional, kind, warm, compassionate, focused, attentive & accurate. I know that you will feel the same way I do after a visit to Sports Ortho Urgent Care in Manchester, TN.

My 4 yr old broke his leg. The staff at Sports Ortho Urgent Care provided excellent care! They were all very happy and upbeat! I would recommend then to anyone!

I went there about a month ago and was told I probably tore my rotator cuff. After several communication issues between them and the radiologist, I still am in extreme pain without anyone there seeming to care.

Mistery charges from third billing company. Person at Manchester office could not explain where charges from and offer "Thats what on our computer". Confirm ahead of time and get it in writing. Poor communication.

I feel this place is a scam. I am a disabled veteran who was sent there through VA community care. All my medical cost are covered 100% by VA. I had one appointment 2 years ago and now (with no notice or any communication from them) they put me in collections for $379.00. You can not get ahold of anyone from billing, it goes to voicemail saying they will return your call in 2-5 business days. My credit score dropped because of there scam. I would not recommend 7 Springs orthopedic. Everyone needs to check there billing and make sure you are not being scammed also.

My experience with a bummed up elbow was awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have recommended family and friends and will continue to. This office ROCKS!
