List of Keener Ragsdale's Reviews
Did a total hip replacement on me for a workman's comp claim. Absolute profession. he did it in Jan 1997 in Memphis and I still have it. I worked as a ramp agent until 2012 with that hip. That's a very strenuous job. He was probably the best, most caring doctor I ever had. Everyone has personal demons. I hate that he moved to Martin.
It's been a few years, but he put a pin in my broken hand. He wasn't showing up for work when it came time to take the pin out, so after the third appointment he was a no show for I told the office I wasn't leaving until I had seen a doctor. I'm sure the doctor I saw was really mad at Ragsdale and not me but he was very rude. He actually showed up for the f/u and scolded me for demanding to see someone else to have the pin removed, which was long overdue and becoming painful and oozing puss. He then asked me how to spell puss -y. Pig. I am learning now, more than a decade later, that the tendon he cut to put the pin in shouldn't have been cut. His incompetence cost me the full use of my dominant hand. It came as no surprise to learn that his license was suspended in Memphis for prescription drug abuse. Find someone else, this guy is a mess, rude, self absorbed, and incompetent.
As long as you agree with him, he’s ok. As soon as you question him, he is rude and condescending.
Worst doctor every been live with this scar for 15 year because he left my chart at his office and he operated on me without a chart ankle be swollen since then he like town and didn't paid for his mistake
Dr. Ragsdale preformed a operation on me. I tore both my meniscus at same time. before that I very seldom had knee pain. he talked to me and my wife about a procedure he could do while working on my knee for the meniscus.he told me and my ife That there was a 80 to 85 % chance it would work. Then 7 months later. I asked him why I was in constant pain 24/7 he lied and said I told you there was only a 40% chance of it working. Then stated to me I ave no compassion for pain. he is a liar and messed

Then stated to me I have no compassion for pain today. pointing at his own knee. .So to sum it he is a liar
Dr. Ragsdale gives you his full attention and makes you feel heard. He doesnt rush in and rush out like most doctors.
His Pa Dr. Barker did not help me one bit I will never go back
Have been to Dr. Ragsdale several times. He has performed three surgeries on me. He's very thorough and patient. As a nurse, I totally appreciate that he has never been rude or condescending and always takes the time to explain every aspect of what is going on. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing Orthopaedic services.
Very considerate. Spent lots of time and got my son back playing!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
