Absolutely love Dr.Brewer,im sad to hear that she's moving but understand why. She's absolutely amazing!!

Being a first time mom I didnt know what to ask and I'm sure the questions I did ask were nonsense but she was very attentive and great with my baby boy. She took her time getting to know my son and I. I never once felt like she was trying to rush through to get to the next person. I absolutely love the fact she has to separate places for sick kids and kids that are just there for a check up.

Do not be fooled! This woman does not care about your children even if she pretends to! I called last week to try and get my daughter an appointment and was told that they didn't have anything available until June, that was fine, until she became ill. I called them.over the weekend to leave a message trying to get in again because she became restless, loss her appetite, a little cranky, scratching at her ears and developed a mild rash; so I was sure of an ear infection but the rash alarmed me. The office left an after hours number for emergency appointments and questions that could not wait. Well, I called that number myself this morning about 5ish so that I could leave my voicemail early or talk to someone before the office opened. The Dr, Susan Brewer was the rudest Dr I have ever come in contact with in my life!!!! The first time i called the phone rang about 3 times someone answered then hung up...She spoke with a nasty tone wouldn't let me finish saying what it was I had to say I could barely explain the reason for the call she talked over me "are you calling me for medicine at 5:30 in the morning?" "People are trying to sleep." I wasn't calling for medicine I was calling to try and get my child to see her physician immediately, any parent would. But she was so rude to the point I could barely get my words out , I still don't believe she even knew why I was calling, I tried telling her this was the number that was left for after hours on the office voicemail. Worst experience in my life, I am infuriated and I know by martin tn being such a small town this will go over most of you guys head, but the truth came out today she doesn't care. A pediatrician should have never acted in that manner. Not to mention the very first time I called to ever make an appointment the office assistant was sassy with me because I was calling to make a formula appointment and she became in impatient and tried to tell me off as if they didn't do those appointments she didn't know what I was talking about "no she cant come in early for a checkup" in a very rude tone. Only to leave me on hold come back to the phone and schedule the appointment I was talking about all along. Another situation of a so called provider not listening to understand but only to respond. I started to speak to Dr brewe about that when we went to the back but I'm glad that I didn't it probably would have been something to laugh about. The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree, I should've hung up and found her another Dr that day.

Not a fan. While the nurses were friendly & kind, the staff & doctor were not. I don't recommend.

Susan Brewer is amazing!!! She knows her medicane.

Has taken care of all three of my children since birth for the last 14 years. Well worth our 45 minute drive.
