Dr Almand gave my husband a full exam. Referred him for vertigo therapy. Mary at BenchMark fixed his vertigo in just 3 sessions. I would use this facility again if need arises.

Urgent care and the emergency room both misdiagnosed me. Dr. Almond was able to correctly diagnose the problem, referred me to the right specialist and ordered the correct medication. They got things done quickly when i desperately needed help. I'm very hankful for their care.

Great, friendly staff. Helped my matter quickly and efficiently. Dr.Almand was friendly and straight forward to my problem. Explained my problem great and helped find a solution. Great place so far for my first visit.

The one star is for the girls in the office.They were very kind. Zero stars for Dr. Almand. I missed a 1/2 day at work, paid $75 to sit in a chair, only to have him tell me he couldn't help me. The only thing he did was take my hospital scans and look at them on the computer. I was never evalutated. When I tried to explain my issues, he was constantly interrupting and talking over me. However, he wanted me to come back in three weeks to follow up with him. FOUR doctors have told me to see an ENT. He said I needed to see my primary care physician. Fun fact...My PCP is exactly who sent me to an ENT.

Rude staff, long wait, Dr Almand, no personality, was in the room less than 5 minutes, probably 3 minutes. He said my hearing was good for a person of my age, very professional?? No cure for buzzing sounds in my ears, just listen to music to drown out the sound!? Maybe he was having a bad day, after my visit, I had a bad day too. Was not impressed at all.

I've been a patient of Dr Almand since 2006, when he diagnosed that I had laryngeal cancer. He assisted developing a treatment plan, and watched through the radiation treatments to a successful cure. I have been having followup visits with him annually, except missing two visits during covid. He is very professional, caring, and I consider him to be a friend
